We booked through QANTAS online for a brief getaway with the kids. I have driven past this resort over the years but never considered staying. When I booked it online I didn’t realise it was this resort. Well what a TOP spot for a vacation !! 🏖 🌊 🏄♀️ 🏄♂️ 🎣 The 2 bedroom townhouse we stayed in was very clean, in fact spotless, well appointed and had a real beachside homely feel to it. Clean beach colours, just relaxing. The owners have the town house well equipped. It appears most townhouses that are let are well equipped, yet different. The resort is beachside with no busy roads to cross if you have children, and the amenities (pool, bbqs, etc) were in very good condition and clean. Quiet location despite being on David Low Way, and all you hear is the ocean 🌊. Our stay wasn’t long enough - we’ll be back!🤙🏻 The beach is one of the best the Noosa / sunny coast has to offer. Surf fishing was ok too! The resort’s on site managers were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The communications leading up to our stay was excellent with two emails received at different times with all the relevant information about check in and out and expectations of the resort etc - all good. Overall, quite a relaxing atmosphere and highly recommended. We understand that the resort is highly sought after by our southern states visitors during the winter months - we can understand why. Thanks Tsofi and Craig. Keep up the good work that you do. Credit to the resort and the Sunshine Coast | Noosa tourism effort! 👍🏻 We’ll see you again!
We stayed for 3 nights in January 2018 in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Travelled with teens who loved the beach which was a 2 minute walk following the path. We brought our own body boards however the resort provides games and boards for borrowing as well. The games room was also popular with the kids, particularly the table tennis (free) and the pool table 2 x $1 coins per game. There’s also an air hockey game, pin ball machine and other games. The kids also made use of the pool and we entertained friends around the pool and bbq area. Lovely quiet spot, nice for walks in the mornings without the crowds. Lovely hearing the waves in the mornings. Patrolled beach during part of the day. Easy drive to Noosa and Hastings street (overrated street). Noosa was absolutely packed with traffic and beach was packed (we didn’t swim there, lots of families with small children for the calm waters) so it was nice coming back to the resort after a day out. Easy drive to Coles and Peregian village with restaurants and shops. The townhouse was clean and well maintained, managers were friendly. Aircon in dining area and main bedroom. All rooms had ceiling fans. If we were to holiday in the Sunshine Coast again, we would definitely come back here. Thanks for a great stay.
We again only stayed for 2 nights at Glen Eden Beach Resort but were reminded that we need to go back for longer next time. We arrived Friday afternoon and had a chance to relax before meeting family for dinner. Our unit was again well kept and perhaps the best stocked unit we have stayed in. Even a blender in the kitchen - never had that before (not that we had the chance to make smoothies). The view of the pool area was lovely and pool was easily accessed through 2 gates. We followed the easy walkway onto the beach for our morning walk. Although on the main road, there is little to no traffic noise. Beautiful resort, with very happy and helpful resident managers. We will be back
It is clear the management team take great care in making this accomodation look so good. Amazing location and facilities, and the glorious, quiet beach is just a short wander from the pool area. Peregian beach is a 3 minute drive for cafes/bars/supermarket, and Noosa is about 10 mins drive. Noosa is pretty busy so we are glad we chose the more tranquil Peregian. Perfect holiday.
This is an inexpensive, lovely resort right on the beach in the northern end of Peregian Beach which is just a short 10 minute drive from Noosa. I booked it after reading reviews on trip advisor and I was not disappointed. The managers are lovely and they take pride in making sure the gardens and surrounds are beautifully kept. Each unit is owned privately, they all have the same configuration: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs and kitchen, living downstairs. Some of the units are luxuriously appointed with new kitchens and bathrooms and gorgeous furnishings, others less so. There is a great barbeque area with tables and chairs and it's a leisurely stroll down a path on to the beach and down to the Peregian Beach Village (20 minutes walk) which has trendy cafes and eateries. For those people without a car, buses to Noosa pass right out the front of the complex. Each unit has its own car space. I paid $120 per night in October. It's an absolute bargain for a such a gem and we'll be back for sure.
What a gem of a resort! Friendly hosts - Craig and Zsofi thank you. We enjoyed three nights in a two bedroom pool side apartment. So quiet and relaxing! The apartment was clean and tidy. The beach was a few minute walk from the apartment. We will be back!
Wonderful small resort that is well positioned, well maintained and not overpriced. My Wife and myself stayed here for three weeks July 2013 and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The resort is right on Peregian Beach which is a gem also. Definitely recommend.
Had an amazing stay here. It's quiet, right on the beach, away from crowds and superbly maintained. You get great value for money and it's super family friendly. It's way better than the super crowded and expensive Noosa, but it's only a 10 min drive if you want to see the crowds there in any case. The managers here make a great place even greater. This is one of the best places to stay in the Sunshine coast.
Ahh off to Sunny Queensland, after searching for accomodation, this place attracted me immediately, since check ... There is nothing better when you check into a place and you are greeted by a friendly and helpful host ... that goes a long way, Anyway what a gem of a place the apartment where I stayed was so close to the beech I just go trough the walkway and what a spectacular beech ... the apartment i big clean and comfortable with free wifi and everything you need, a pity I was there for work next time I will visit for a relaxing holiday ... cannot wait .. a heated pool for the cooler winter nights, bbq at the pool, parking at the front/back door ... very good and I highly recommend this place ... well done and keep up the good work
Glen Eden Resort is the perfect place for families to spend at the beach on holiday. The town homes are individually owned, spacious and tastefully decorated with full kitchens, free WiFi and free parking. There is a nice pool and share BBQ area on site. The complex is just a short stroll through the track to a nice sandy beach. A good selection of free movie DVDs at reception too. Just a short walk down the beach is the town of Peregian Beach with a skateboard park, many shops, restaurants and stores. Like Noosa 50 years ago, without the crowds. Glen Eden resident managers, Craig and Zsofi Popplewell, are a wonderful couple who will insure that your stay is a special one.
