Welcome to your well-presented 3-bedroom unit, ideally situated on the first floor to offer captivating views over Kings Beach and out to sea across the shipping lanes. Designed to comfortably sleep 5 guests.

Main bedroom: Queen bed, private ensuite.

Second bedroom: Two single beds.

Third bedroom: King single bed.

Second bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Basic unit

Recently stayed at this property. We found the following issues: 1. Our linen was not at unit upon arrival. 2. Keys needed to be collected from in town as no onsite manager. 3. Main street is a 15 min walk away, which is too far when travelling with small children. 4. Only 1 set of key issued for property, when we had 5 staying at unit. 5. Faulty lock on front door. Got locked out of property, then advised not to use both door locks. 6. Basic TV only 7. No WiFi at this property 8. No extractor fans in bathroom, so doors must be left open when showering. 9. Dryer does not switch off once it passes the end of drying time. 10. Furniture and fittings are a little dated. It's a basic stay, a short walk from beach.

Everything needed for the kids in the apartment including games and books. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all of which I consider essential with kids. Location 5 stars - walking distance to everything
