POSITIVES Location was first class. Cleanliness was first class. Apartment was first class. Garden was first class. NEGATIVES The rooms aren’t cleaned on a daily basis. You have to provide your own TOILET PAPER of all things. You only get 1GB of internet free before you have to pay for it - we couldn’t even connect to the wifi in our room. It’s the small things that make me want to go back to a place. Having to provide your own toilet paper absolutely astounded my family.
The resort actually consists on two bedroom and three bedroom houses arranged around three separate pools. Only the middle pool is heated. There is one shaded parking space per house. Each house is two floors and are very well fitted out. Excellent kitchen with large fridge and a utility room / second bathroom downstairs. Excellent main bedroom with balcony and very good bathroom and shower. Hotel is in a quiet location, a short walk from the river. They do make a point of keeping it quiet, no noise after 9 pm! I could almost see myself living here.
Coral Beach was chosen for us by Flight Centre: we couldn't have wished for better. We arrived on a Sunday when the office was closed but the lady manager cheerfully opened up for us, confirmed our booking etc and gave us the key to Unit 17. We knew within minutes that this was going to be very comfortable: spotlessly clean, plenty of space and everything we might need for the stay. We looked out onto the pool and well tended gardens and the outdoor spa was nearby. Very quiet location and only about 100 meters from the excellent esplanade along the river where we strolled to each evening with a bottle of wine and some nibbles. We did have a hire car and did a couple of day trips to the nearby hinterland, but mostly we walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed doing that. Thoroughly recommend 'Coral Beach'
My wife and I had 10 lovely days at this resort and will consider encouraging our daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren to join us the next time.(8 of them). The accommodation was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops etc. It has swimming pools and,Spa and Sauna. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable-including the bed, We had a double bed but there was also a spare bedroom with two single beds..
We have just had a wonderful stay at Coral Beach Resort. This was not our first time to Noosa having stayed in a variety of accommodations in the past. We felt this was the best based on our budget for a long term stay. We enjoy Noosaville and felt the resort was conveniently located (only about 100 metres) to the beautiful Noosa river, shops and cafes. The resort itself had all the amenities we required, spa, pool (warm and cold) and tennis court, plus a third bedroom that was used occassionally for family. The facilities were exceptionally clean and it was obvious the staff took pride in the resort. The onsite Managers were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much bother to them. We had a small issue with our fridge and it was sorted almost immediately!! We would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Noosa.
very comforable easy access to everything in noosa geared for family 3 pools off the main drag a lot of resorts in noosaville face gympie terrace which has a lot of traffic noise owners are very helpful will guide on what is on offer in the noosa region

As a group of adults enjoying what was a quiet and relaxing evening spa, (4 of us in our 30s and my mother in her 60s) horrified to have been rudely and abruptly removed from that spa by a large, bearded, unpleasant, and unfriendly security guard. Last time I remember being treated this way was as a school child, or how I imagine a prisoner feels when their allocated shower time is up. This guy stood at the gate, fist full of keys and sternly ogling us in the dark, holding the gate open, watching each of exit the spa, not even allowing us time nor privacy to even dry ourselves. Not disputing the spa closure time by any means, my family and I are considerate guests, who have stayed at Coral Beach on family holidays for over 10 years, but the way we were treated this evening was nothing short of disgusting. As adults what I would have expected, if anything, was to be asked in a friendly manner and then left to leave the spa as responsible adults. To have this intimidating, rude guy stand there over us as we scurried out of there dripping wet was so completely unpleasant. Never in any hotel or accommodation stay, anywhere in the world have I experienced treatment so strict and demeaning. Understand hotel rules, absolutely not disputing that (although there were children in that same spa a good half an hr or so past closing time the evening prior), but what I do take distaste to is being treated rudely, with disrespect and like a child. Disappointed to have a family favourite holiday spot soured a little.
Stayed 6 nights. Clean and neat with all the necessary kitchen and dining utensils. However, a bit stingy on cleaning materials for washing etc.for the price paid. Wifi didn't work for a couple of days. Repairs to a/c made during occupation of the unit.
The staff were nice and friendly. The Unit clean. We had no hand towels or face washers. Which was a first for us and annoying. We had to hire pool towels and never got the money back. If you needed more toilet paper you had to buy it from them. Do not think we will stay here again. It had 3 pools only one was heated. It had a Sauna which was fine.
