Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.

Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Check in from after 3 PM
Check out before 10 AM

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, out of respect for our neighbours all guests must comply with council regulations. This property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

HOUSE RULES:
- no smoking
- no pets
- no parties/events
- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)

!!! Please note: Renovation works are currently underway in the unit above. While we cannot guarantee the exact schedule, guests may experience some noise during Monday to Friday within council-approved hours. Works began in July and are expected to be completed by December. We’ve applied a discounted rate during this period to reflect any potential inconvenience, and we’ll continue doing our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
