Restful Stay

The property was VERY NICE. Lots of the furnishings and supplies appeared to be new. VERY CLEAN! We enjoyed the space and the neighborhood. It was quiet. The pool was just across the street. It was clean and refreshing. We had a nice time just being near the beach and in a comfortable setting. Robin

Enjoyed our stay

Property was as advertised. It is conveniently located and has added advantage of not having to bring or rent supplies (linens, towels, bathroom amenities).

We were there for 5 weeks

Great location; comfortable beds and decent appliances. The rugs and furniture and outside deck were dirty. We had to request the sofa be cleaned due to the smell, an exterminator do a treatment, have the bathroom sink drain unclogged and an electrical outlet fixed. We were disappointed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned up.

Great for dogs!! Good walking areas, close to beach. Nice porch and clean!

We would return; based on multiple locations on the eastern coastal plain that we have stayed, Calabash and this close location - (Sunset Beac) are close in the top of our list!

Great area, Host Dave is the best!

I have stayed in villas there many times as I love Sea Trail and Sunset Beach. This one was nice, although not as cozy as others I've stayed in, but it's clean and comfortable and I just love the community. I love the villas, wish I could buy one as I'm close to retirement--sad that investors have bought them all up. Dave is the best BTW, you better hang onto him! The only complaint would be the heavy doors. Not your fault, but the people downstairs were noisy and slamming that door all the time, every morning starting at 6:30 a.m. So I didn't get to sleep in once. Then really noisy people came Thursday beside me, also not your fault, but rude, loud idiots like them belong 30 miles south in Myrtle Beach, not this very nice, quiet and respectful golf club community. You'd think they would have behaved better in such a nice community but there's no cure for stupidity. I stay there all the time and this has never happened before. I felt like I could have called Dave and it would have been handled, but didn't. Again, not your fault and no reflection on the property---I always enjoyed complete peace and quiet there, one of the reasons I stay there---and this is the first time it's ever happened. It's a shame there are such rude inconsiderate fools who don't know how to conduct themselves but sadly such people are out there, just should not have been at Sea Trail. I stay there several times a year--and have for years--so this was an unusual circumstance. Didn't let the idiots ruin my vacation!

Awesome pet friendly location

This was a fantastic stay. Clean, incredible communication, great location to be able to drive to the beach. Remember you can parallel park all along areas on the island for free which makes all the beach accesses easy to navigate to. Great shopping and food in Calabash. If you like seafood go to Snooky's!! Family friendly location at Sunset Beach!

Nice condo

There were only 4 of us; 6 would have probably been a little cramped in this unit, but definitely manageable. Neighborhood was nice; convenient to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. ❤️

Great location, great space

My husband, dog and I spent a week at this property. It's a beautiful tranquil location with lots of places to walk our dog and enjoy the natural setting in Sea Trails.

Nice unit. Bigger than I thought it would be. The wide stairs leading up to the unit made unpacking and packing easier. Nice kitchen set up. Had trouble finding the unit at first. The door is not labeled the same as the paperwork.

Very nice condo
