Enjoy Sunset Beach in this lovely 1st floor Condo overlooking the golf course and minutes away from the beach. Access to 2 neighborhood pools with hot tub and a neighborhood gym. We are 2 miles from Sunset Beach, 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes from North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Property is just as pictured in the photos. Clean and cozy, patio area is so cute. The only downfall was the hot tub was down for maintenance. Host was super responsive and helpful when I couldn’t figure out the lock. Conveniently located close to Calabash where there are many great places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay! Great condo that overlooks the golf course with great amenities in the unit. Great and quick communication with the host. Some noise transfer when the adjoining unit was occupied, but not unexpected. Would stay again!

Excellent stay 1st 2 nights. On 3rd night, adjoining lockout unit was occupied. Substantial noise transfer sounded as though occupants were in my unit. ..including barking dog. Also significant light intrusion beneath door. Needs additional soundproofing.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The area is nice and quiet with a good golf course view. The host was responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and comfortable with extra toiletries and water bottles. I had a hard time getting my spouse out of the recliner when it was time to check out!

Perfect Getaway

My Happy Place was the perfect condo location! Located in Sea Trail not too far from Sunset Beach. Michelle the host was phenomenal at communication. The condo was clean, updated & the artwork is lovely. The countertop ice maker was a bonus too. We saw a gator on the property during our walk! Our only suggestion is please upgrade the only bed in the condo. We woke up every day with a sore back.

Happy Stay!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes and pans if cooking in. The bed was comfortable. It was located close to the beach and restaurants. There was a lot of stuff to do within the resort if you don’t like spending all day at the beach.
