The hotel is close to the historical neighborhood but it is an older property and you can tell. My room had a balcony and was facing the street so a bit noisy with cars and motorcycles. I was surprised having a suite with 2 queen beds it didn’t include Free breakfast. They did clean the room when we were out daily so that’s good and water was only $1 do they didn’t overcharge on that.

The rooms are small not so much space, the staff were friendly, and the parking lot is also small. If you want to park in this hotel is $25 extra but not recommend parking here if you have a truck or SUV that is big because you don't have enough space.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and comfortable. Bathroom was a typical hotel bathroom. A complementary breakfast had juice, coffee, oatmeal. Scrambled eggs, potato’s and sausage. They also had hatch green chile (you know if you know) I asked the attendant if I could warm the green chile in the microwave. They also had breast for toasting, danish and small muffins. You could also use a machine to make 2 small pancakes. A bowel of fruit and a refrigerator with yogurt was also available The menu was the same every day. The location is next to a low income neighborhood, they have a security patrol in the parking lot. You are safe on property, but I would not go jogging in the area. The property is off highway 25 near highway 40, so it was well located for our many adventures. Plenty of restaurants on Gibson which is a block away. Also close to the airport. I would recommend this place
