The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and response time for a minor problem was two hours. Wow! The only down side was the living room furniture. My only gripe was sectional sofa was not at all comfotable and was not situated to see the view or fireplace which was unfortunate.

We loved staying here! Spacious, organized, and very clean. Michael was very communicative and professional. The only downside is parking - there’s only one parking pass available so if you have multiple vehicles, you will need to park them 10 minutes away overnight. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Family Reunion

We stayed here while meeting other family members for a family reunion this condo was perfectly located, very clean and had wonderful views of the golf course. You can tell they care about there clients being comfortable. They provided shampoo and conditioner along with body wash. Even had laundry detergent to use for doing wash. I would go back in a heart beat and stay here again!

Family Meet Up

We met up with my sisters family for a weekend getaway! Love Sun Valley/Kechum! This location was SO perfect as we loved being able to walk to the pool! The Elkhorn Clubhouse is a great place for lunch! Also able to walk to the bus stop to ride to Sun Valley Resort or town!

This is a great condo for our family. I loved the modern conveniences they thought of such as magnetic phone chargers in the rooms. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Not quite what we expected

The location of this property was nice, right on the golf course. However, the main floor is incredibly tight. There are 6 barstools around the kitchen island which are very difficult to use for dining as they are in the middle of the kitchen. The couch is very small and really only seats 4 people, not even comfortably. This condo sleeps 8 and we had 6 guests staying and it was incredibly tight. We had to bring lawn chairs in from the outside for seating to watch TV. The cover on one of the couch cushions is coming off. The blinds in the downstairs bedroom do not block any light at all (and windows are all East facing). The rail holding the curtain to the outdoor patio is missing the end cap and the rail kept falling every time we moved the curtain over to open the sliding door. In addition, we had 2 cars and only one parking pass and we got a nasty sticker on our window from the HOA. Needless to say, this rental did not live up to our expectations.
