The staff was very helpful and so nice! The property was clean. Breakfast was good. Bedding was comfy! Housekeeping is on the ball. Location is great near the Mall of Georgia and lots of good restaurants. Shower is nice. The property is currently under construction/renovation, so expect noise from construction machines before 9 am. Also expect guys on cherry pickers moving around outside your 4th floor window. The fridge needs a freezer section because it freezes your food when the temp is lowered to serve the entire space. The sliding door that doubly serves the bathroom and closet was irritating and difficult to open and close. Maybe a bit too pricey during construction. Other than that, great stay. I’d stay here again.
Walking,driving distance to the Mall,family homes,and many choices of places to eat.
Had trouble with the business center computer - Front desk clerk was very friendly & helped me to be able to print my boarding passes for the next day. Breakfast - was another story. Apparently they had a rush of kids for a soccer tourn. When we came down for breakfast 9am. No forks, not much food, no coffee. We ended up eating off site. But overall - the hotel is a good one.
This hotel us nothing special. It's basic and clean. The beds are good, the water pressure fine, reasonably quiet. It is located close to the Slotin auction house which was my destination.
We visited friends in the area for a birthday party.
The room was nice, but while we were out to eat our room was given to someone else. We came back and couldn't get in. The desk clerk found it hilarious. I complained to the manager, but he seemed to take a halfhearted approach to the situation and didn't really do anything to resolve the situation. Ill never stay in this hotel again.
a weekend to shop and get away enjoyed the free breakfast. sunday's breakfast was excelent. will stay again.
