Flat in great location with upsides and downsides

We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the great location near the town center as well as the lake. The double bed was surprisingly comfortable.Downsides: Tap water pressure sometimes very weak. Fridge in kitchen/living room/second bedroom emitting lots of heat, making it impossible to be in that room on a hot day.
