This was the best VRBO my family and I have ever stayed at. The host was very communicative and even offered date-specific community event ideas. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful, and the area was very quiet. My family of 6 comfortably fit in the house, and we could have probably fit a couple more quite comfortably as well. If we end up heading back to Iowa, we will be trying to reserve this home again. STRONGLY recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is incredibly spacious, offers fantastic activities, and features an excellent location. If you are planning a trip to Backbone State Park, this home is perfect, as it is just a short drive from the park entrance.However, we did notice a few details regarding the sleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom: The mattress is comfortable but the frame is quite squeaky. A single quiet sleeper will be fine, but multiple people may find their sleep disrupted by the noise.Downstairs Bedrooms: These mattresses are best suited for children, as our adult guests found them less comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this location to future travelers.
