Cocoonr offers you this beautiful, bright 20 m² studio, located on the 9th floor of a fully renovated former building dating from 2019, with lift access. It enjoys an ideal location just steps from Avenue des Vosges and only a few minutes on foot from Strasbourg city centre.

Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this contemporary haven stands out for its elegant blue-toned décor, comfortable bedding, and magnificent open view over the city. Adorned with black-and-white photographs by Doisneau, it offers a refined and calming setting, perfect for a couple’s getaway or a solo stay.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, housekeeping is included and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the bed will be carefully made up before your arrival.


The accommodation is laid out as follows :

Bright and functional open-plan studio (only the bathroom is separate).

- At the entrance : a small fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, two-ring ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, full tableware and utensils).
- At the far end : sleeping and work area with a pull-down double bed (140 x 190 cm), slatted base and quality mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Additional amenities: storage cupboard with hangers, ironing board and iron, for a fully independent stay.


Surroundings :

Located in the lively and highly desirable Avenue des Vosges district, close to the Courthouse and Place Broglie, you will enjoy a prime location right on the edge of the city centre. You will find many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the pedestrian centre, the main UNESCO-listed sights, and public transport. Strasbourg is also particularly cycle-friendly, with numerous bike lanes making it easy to get around.


Transport :

If you are coming by car, the recommended parking option is P3 Wilson car park, priced at €21 per day, located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Paid on-street parking is also available 3 minutes away on foot (€1.70 per hour).

For getting around :

- The “Place de Pierre” bus stop (lines 2, 10, H, C3 & N2) is a 4-minute walk away.
- The central station is reachable in 15 minutes on foot, 12 minutes by public transport, and 10 minutes by car.
- Strasbourg International Airport is a 17-minute drive away.
