*Please note: This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is a walk-up unit, with additional stairs to reach the building. The view makes it all worthwhile!



*Water Disclosure:
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.

*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.

Impression upon arrival and as we settled in. Partially renovated. Property was not ready, inspected or cleaned thoroughly. Dishwasher was not functional, windows were filthy and had mold. There was no water dispenser available ( water is unsafe to drink). Dresser in guest room was damaged and unusable because it was filled with linens. Bathrooms had rust damaged walls and mold. The condo is partially renovated and what has been done looks very nice but the impression we had was it was not cleaned post construction. Evidence of dust on glass, walls, floors etc. we also noticed a weird smell. When we brought up there were water jugs with no dispenser the host said it was on order. It arrived the last day of our stay. Host did bring water and left on ground level for us to bring up stairs. Damaged dresser was repaired during our stay, as well as dishwasher. This should have been done PRIOR to our arrival. We came to this rental to get some much needed rest, not do more work to maintain someone elses home and have to pay a premium for it. We had to sweep the deck so we could sit out there, this should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. The Beds were good. Guest room curtains were not up and there were no blinds. This definitely needs to be addressed for privacy while changing. The view would have been much better if the windows were cleaned. I would have cleaned them if there was glass cleaner. Location is great. Area is beautiful. Great potential.
