The owner would NOT communicate with us, even when we sent our cell/text number to the email we were instructed to use. Our GPS could not find the property with the address given. Even a Stonington police officer could not find it on her squad car computer. We were past 7PM and EVERY place had NO VACANCY. A woman at the Comfort Inn called a friend in Bar Harbor and we were accommodated (with much room switching). And NOW the owner and the booking agency will not respond to our messages!!! What a horrible experience! (And after 20 years in the US Army, I’m not too hard to please)…
