❌ We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

Good house. Not clean

The house is good but it was not very clean. The entrance looked like it hadn’t been swept in 6 months. The trashcan outside was full. One of the sheets was stained. One of the showers was clogged. They only left us 1 trash bag for the whole week. The house is good it’s just a shame they don’t clean it properly. I did send pictures of the house and did expect them to send some one toast least clean the entrance. But they never did.
