Sucked and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever in my life

Do NOT make a reservation here! I booked a room a month ago for tonight and when I was almost arriving to the hotel, I called front desk and asked if I could check in early and they told me OVER THE PHONE that my reservation was canceled because I chose “pay at hotel” option! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! Waste of my time and BAD customer service! We almost spent tonight with no where to stay! Thanks a lot.

Clean comfy bed. Clean shower. Broken door. Not too friendly staff. Little run down, dirty. Weird people loitering around. You get what you pay for.

I like the location, but I did not like the noise from outside and upstairs/2nd floor and not provide shampoo, toothpaste

I was better off sleeping in my car the night i decided to check into this place. The sheets were so old and worn out. The AC/heat unit was not working. Not only did the bed not have any real blanket or covers, I pretty much froze my butt off. If i wasn't so tired from driving, i would have left this place after seeing the room. And when i checked into the hotel, the guy at the front desk gave me an "upgrade". I can only imagine what the other room looked like.

The room was nice and clean. Inside was great. Outside not so much. Too many wandering people.

The hotel was overbooked and we were turned back. It wasn’t a good experience

When first arrived the room was not available/ready due to renovations so I had to return in a few hours. Upon arrival all seemed okay until I heard awful loud noises (hammering, loud footsteps, banging) in the room upstairs. It sounded like someone was working in there. This continued until after 10:00. At that point I should have contacted the office but I thought it would stop. This then picked up again like around 7:30ish in the morning!!! When I tried to look in the room the curtains closed and windows were wide open. If this was the case why didn't the office staff call and let us know what was happening, put us in another part of the hotel, or give us a refund! They must have known. Trust me I won't be staying in another Motel 6 for a long time to come. p.s. on top of everything else, there was no coffee maker in the room or hair dryer or continental breakfast available.

Just needed a few hours of sleep. Check was weird. No recept. No lobby to enter. Had to check in through a little window. Room looked clean until we moved a bed a little to make some room and their was all kinds of dirt and other items. Found what we think was a blown up condom I'm a drawer. Very noisy area. Worst mistake to pick the first place we saw. Won't do that again!

I have never experienced a stay like the one I did at Motel 6. The location is close to many restaurants but my stay went down hill as I was checking in . The front desk employee was probably the rudest person I have ever met. The employee by the name of April had a "I hate my job " face and didn't not care one bit to show a bit of customer service . She gave me the hardest time as I checked in . The room itself was terrible with a really bad odor and sheets had holes in them . I had no choice but to book here because everything else was booked . I would have been better off sleeping in my car . For the sake of this establishment , please offer some time of customer service course to this employee of yours . A smile can go a long way !

Even though it looks good from a distance the overall is in need of maintenance. the rooms are OK, but the freeway is very close. The elevator did not work and with my bad hip the third floor was excruciating. Wii never return.
