Don't expect a good night's sleep if the hotel has booked some form of entertainment in their ballroom. At 11pm on the 12th of February (a Thursday night) the music began. We didn't just hear it in our room, we felt it. And it continued until 2am. The front desk staff were understanding and apologetic, told us many guests have complained about it, and gave us the manager's business card to contact them. But there was nothing they could do. Despite paying for a room for one sole purpose, to have a place to sleep in Stockholm, the hotel denied us that. We'll never return to Berns again.
