The initial staff member at the desk for our check-in was very professional and knowledgeable. The room was excellent and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the morning desk staff was very pleasant. The airport shuttle driver was helpful and very pleasant also. On my next trip to Washington DC I will definitely stay here again.
