Die Wohnung lag zwar etwas weiter oben gelegen, dafür hatten wir einen super Ausblick. Die Wohnung war Sauber und uns wurden bereits Handtücher bei Ankunft zur Verfügung gestellt. Toller Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch zentral am Ossiacher See. Man hat rund um den See sehr viele Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen oder wandern zu gehen. Im Sommer ist der See die passende Abkühlung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte top. Unsere Anmerkung zu einem zusätzlichen Kleiderhaken/Ablage im Bad wurde prompt nachgekommen. Das war sehr lieb.

Haus mit tollem Blick aber leider ohne Wohlfühlfsktor

Das Haus liegt in Hanglage mit tollem Blick über den Ossiacher See. Das Platzangebot ist für 5 Personen gut. Leider besteht die Einrichtung aus zusammengewürfelten alten Möbeln. Alles ist mit alten unangenehm riechenden Teppichen ausgelegt. Übertönt wurde der muffige Geruch mit einer Überdosis künstlichen Duftzerstäuber. Es gab leider keine Kleiderschränke, stattdessen standen Regale voll mit persönlichen Akten und anderen Sachen in den Zimmern. Kaputte Weihnachtsdeko und Elektroeinzelteile füllten die Schubladen. Auspacken von Koffern unmöglich. Es gab eine Kleiderstange mit 4 Bügeln pro Kopf für alles. Positiv sind die 2 Bäder, allerdings besitzt das eine Bad davon keinen Spiegel und keinen Handtuchhalter. Zum morgens fertig machen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Badezimmertür war von innen mit alten Zeitungsartikeln beklebt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Allerdings war in Schubladen abgelaufene Essen in Dosen gelagert. Den angegebenen Kamin gab es nicht. Es gab einen alten Ofen. Der angebende Garten existiert nicht wirklich. Es gab einen grünen Streifen vor der Tür mit einer Bank neben den Mülltonnen. Zusammenfassend ist die Lage und Blick des Hauses wirklich toll. Der Rest ist leider dem Preis nicht angemessen. Es muss dringend alter Kram ( vor allem die Teppiche ) entsorgt und der Geruch im Haus behandelt werden durch z.B. Renovierung.
