Fantastic condo not far from the slopes! Our group really enjoyed staying here. The condo felt spacious and the check-in/out process was easy. We would stay here again if we we come to steamboat springs.

Wonderful accommodations and communication with the host. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for home cooked meals. Plenty of room to lounge and sleep for our families. Steps away from the bus stop that takes you directly to the base (first stop). Would definitely recommend.

Perfect ski house

Very nice and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying a night in with friends. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk room was perfect for our large group. I’ve rented this home several times and will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay Fantastic Location

Really loved staying here. Plenty of bathrooms for our girls trip. Everyone had their own. A short walk to the gondola. Lots of space the living room is large and the kitchen is fully stocked. The decor is cute and mountainy. Great stay!

Amazing mountain property

This amazing mountain property has a great location, close to everything you want and need. The interior was super spacious for our family of 8. We will definitely be returning for all our summer and winter fun in Steamboat.

Everything you need no matter the time of year. Close to everything via shuttle. Updated and very comfortable with lots of unique touches. Beds warm and comfortabke. Kitchen has all you need. Enjoy all year round!

Amazing place very near the slopes!

This can sleep 8 or more if the couches are used! It has updated design and gorgeous furniture! The hot-tub was a nice bonus and was in there for almost 3 hours one evening! Sinks and mirrors outside the bathrooms in the rooms which is a great feature. Washer and dryer in the basement! Will definitely go again!!!

Great Stay in Steamboat

We had a great stay at Winterset #1. The condo is located right on the Free Bus Line. 175 Steps from the Front Door to the Bus Stop. Condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and all necessary utensils. The hot tub was clean and ready to use when we arrived. Our Group of 9 had a great time here and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a fun Steamboat get away.

Almost perfect

The unit doesnt show like the pictures, the bathrooms are definitely dated and for the price we paid 2000 per night I would think the unit could update the bathrooms, water pressure in the shower was not great.

Most incredible stay in Steamboat!

We had the greatest time in Steamboat and we were so happy with this amazing home!! We cooked in the gorgeous kitchen, we played cards, played in the hot tub & so much more! The home is so spacious & the decor is fantastic! Perfect for a get-a-way for two or a large family or friends vacation! Good possibility you will see some amazing wildlife right from the home!! You will feel right at home in this wonderful & comfortable home! It’s super convenient to town & there are great walking & hiking trails right outside the home! We highly recommend this lovely Steamboat home, we will definitely be back soon!!

Fabulous Family Townhome close to the base

We really enjoyed our time at the Winterset townhome. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed to make great meals. We had plenty of games to play on family game night. We enjoyed using the hot up and the gas grill. We were able to walk to the base in about 10 minutes but the bus stop is just a 1 minute walk from the front door to the base or downtown. The kids loved the loft area. They were able to hang out up there and play video games while the adults hung out downstairs. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times before but I did notice some added touches from this rental company that made our stay more comfortable. They had everything laid out right on the kitchen counter, wifi password, need to knows about the property and close attractions and instructions on how to get there. The place was impeccably clean and organized. They even added extra imedeties for the bathroom like shampoo and body wash just in you didn't bring any for a quick stay. I didn't have to reach out to them for anything however I knew exactly how to in case I did which was super convenient. Overall no issues here ?

A Mountain Paradise

Stayed in this condo in the early fall season. There were 8 of us, and it was comfortable for all with room enough for us not to run into each other. The place is well maintained, and exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. It came with the basics + all necessary cooking and dinnerware. As the description says, one is only a few steps from the free shuttle stop. Steamboat is beautiful any time of year. We were able to sit on the deck use the grill and also enjoyed the spa. Plenty of opportunities for hiking , biking and fishing within minutes of the condo, and a short drive to a natural hot spring. Not a skier but they do get a lot of snow. We would all highly recommend Winterset 1 without reservation. We will definitely be going back again and again.

Wouldn’t Book Again

Friendly management and easy check in process but there are a few things worth flagging that are pretty big issues. One- the driveway. It’s a switchback where you have to drive forward, back down to the next level and then drive forward and it’s quite difficult if you don’t have a backup cam. Seems nearly impossible if there were to be snow. The garage doesn’t fit full size SUVs and there’s not enough parking for a unit that holds 10 people. We had issues finding parking for our babysitter. It was also SO hot inside even with the fans provided (although there weren’t enough for each room and we had to ask for extras). The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc but no oil or condiments like salt pepper that would have made the stay easier with cooking. Also no blinds on the kitchen windows for privacy which is odd. For the money you can find somewhere better.
