Great location! We were right next to our favorite places in town, and very easy to grab the bus to the mountain every day for skiing. The condo was clean, we enjoyed the shuffleboard and pacman games, and the host was easy to reach for check-in and check-out.

Condo worked perfect for our group. Was fun having the different games to play at night after a long day on the slopes. Easy walk to bus to slopes and great location for food and nightlife of Steamboat.

This was a lovely condo right in the heart of Steamboat Springs! Plenty of room for our family of four. It was clean and well supplied! We easily could have used the kitchen more, but ate at the many restaurants in the area instead. We walked almost everywhere we went. We got checked-in and checked-out with no issues and the designated parking spot was right outside our door. A little loud at night if you had the windows open, but to be expected in the location it was. The portable AC units were a nice addition- our only safety concern was access in/out through the bedroom window this was set-up in. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!!

Steamboat marathon stay!

Location couldn’t be more perfect! The place was a little warm but we survived by the window AC units. Check in started at 4 pm and we showed up at 5:30 to some workers in the place finishing up a couple tasks including painting and hanging shower curtains. They were just finishing so it was no problem! The hosts were very communicative. The shuffle board and games were very fun!

Nice property!

Location is great, many restaurants close by, easy to catch the bus to ski. Teens loved the video games and shuffleboard table. Only complaint was the master bedroom gets really hot, even when it is really cold outside. We went spring break. We were able to hook up the air conditioner unit provided by the owner. We could hear the people above us often, especially in one of the bedrooms. Overall, great place to stay, very clean, everything

Delightful Downtown Condo

This was the perfect property for our visit to steamboat. Everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is right in the heart of downtown, literally steps away from several restaurants, many shops and drinking establishments.

Perfect Location for Skiing in Steamboat Springs

The location is perfect for walking around town, finding restaurants, and right across the street from Howelsen Hill (with FREE ski Sundays). The condo was very warm and we had to leave the door open/cracked on several occasions to cool it down. We turned the heat completely off. There was noise from above (as mentioned in another review) but not so much to disturb any of us. The shuffle board and video games are a great addition!

If you don’t care about noise

The condo was right downtown near all the restaurants and bars. Even though the restaurants closed at 10:00pm people stayed out in the streets partying until midnight to 2:00 am. Then the trash trucks would come around 4:00. The people that lived up stairs were up at 4:30 am. So for 5 nights we got no sleep.

Great location. Had traffic noise and noise from late night revelers. The apartment has little natural light since blinds need to be closed for privacy. Had well equipped kitchen. Odd that the back entrance goes through one of the bedrooms.

We had an amazing stay. Very clean, owner was responsive and we love playing the shuffle board the video games! Close to dining and shops, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!
