Overall, property wonderful, exactly what we wanted in terms of size, # of bedrooms, location to mtn & gondola square. Layout w/3 bedrooms was really functional. We were comfortable. Q beds were all comfy. K bed was not - soft & sagged in the middle. Loved the provision of multiple fans which we definitely needed even during early June. A/C was not what we expected. There were two window units. The one in the single queen room would turn off/on during the night which was disruptive of sleep. Windows must be kept open in order to use A/C units which is fine, except that there was construction (i.e. jackhammers on the tennis courts above parking garage right outside our windows). We used hot tubs which were nice, but swimming pool was small & not super clean. We requested a linen change for one bedroom just half way through our stay. The request was made upon check-in. Person checking us in (Greg?) was fabulous! He made a note & put in a specific work order for the day & time of requested linen change. However, it did not happen. When I went to the front desk and talked to Mayo, she wasn't super friendly & placed blame on Greg and Housekeeping. She stated there would be a charge unless I was okay w/linens just dropped off since housekeeping was closed. She did call Housekeeping right away in front of me. Linens were never dropped off. Late checkout request didn't get communicated either. Loved having 2 great restaurants super close and 5 min walk to Gondola Sq.
