Kellee was a great host and communication was smooth. The unit itself is in an older condo building but the unit has been recently partially updated (floors, furniture, accents). I think the bathrooms could use a renovation but everything was clean so no complaints. The location is incredible. It’s a 3 min walk to the Steamboat gondola and main square. Parking was also secure and ample. Would stay again!

Perfect for a skiing family of 5!

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great communication, very clean, the bunkbeds worked great for a nine, 13, and 15-year-old walk to the lift and no need to take your car anywhere after you get there. We will definitely stay again, thanks for being a great host!

Awesome condo

We had a fantastic family stay at Snowflower. The condo was perfect for the five of us, and is so thoughtfully furnished - everything you could want or need is available. Kellee is a wonderful host, with excellent communication. Thanks for making our stay in Steamboat one we’ll always remember.

Convenient to slopes

We really enjoyed Steamboat. This place was so easy and convenient. 5 minutes walk to slopes. Very cozy and well appointed. Hot tub and heated pool just down the steps. Covered parking. Host was a great communicator. Steamboat has excelllent and modern facilities. People sooo friendly. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Kellee was great with communication. Sent a very detailed email prior to our arrival. The unit was wonderful and had been updated since the photos. Location to slopes and rentals was great. Kellee was very responsive throughout the trip. Lots of extras in the unit. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in.

The most AMAZING spot in Steamboat

Everything about Kellee’s place is top-notch - location, coziness, convenience, amenities, communication, parking, etc. About 300 yards from the base, the first-floor condo was the most well-stocked and comfortable 2/2 we’ve ever stayed in. The huge hot tub and heated pool, plus covered parking were a nice bonus, too. Kellee was super responsive, welcoming and accommodating - it really is as good as it gets for any family looking for an easy, fun Steamboat ski experience.

Comfy condo in great location

If this condo is available, BOOK IT! Esp if you are traveling with small children. While it may not be uber fancy with Italian marble countertops or mahogany cabinets, it is super cozy and perfectly set up for families. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of extras - like additional throw blankets available, welcome basket with treats. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more. Most importantly, the owner treated us like guests in her home, and not just another customer. Location is great. Very walkable to the resort, with a pretty nice burger place and little market (with gelato!) across the street. Like I said, if the condo is available - book it. You will not regret it.

Great Location

The location of the condo was perfect for access to the base of the ski mountain. The owner was very helpful with communication and made the process very easy. Everything was accurately described in the listing and the unit was very clean.

Everything you could hope for

Perfect launch pad for a ski trip. Had all of the accommodations our group of four needed plus hospitality flourishes that made it special. The host was highly responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

We visit Steamboat multiple times a year and this is easily in the top 3 places that we have stayed. It is an easy walk to the slopes and all activities at the base. The garage parking is key and Kellee, the host is amazing. She bent over backwards to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is stocked with everything you need, even zip lock bags and tin foil! They leave a nice welcome basket and smores supplies! Highly recommend.

5 min walk to the hill

Place was great for the three of us. 5 minute walk to the gondola plaza. Hot tub is big and relaxing. Good assortment of games to play. Welcome basket was filled with all sorts of goodies.

Location and Comfort!

Finally! A host who is invested in the comfort of her guests. We loved staying at this property. Plenty of blankets, comfy pillows, a welcome basket, working televisions…so comfy. And the location was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Graduation weekend

Booked this property for my nephew’s high school graduation. Having a place to stay right in the heart of Steamboat was such blessing. Plenty of shopping and food options near by. Relaxing by the fire with the supplied s’mores basket was an extra bonus for the weekend. The beds are super comfortable, shower pressure was AMAZING, until is clean and homey feeling. Will book here again when the time comes.

Great location and great extras!

This condo was well laid out for 2 couples with plenty of space and privacy. The furniture and beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked including an air fryer and crockpot with included liners. The provided coffee, creamer, and hot chocolate was fabulous and the welcome basket with Steamboat goodies was an amazing touch! The location was great with a very short walk to the gondola and square. Kellee was amazing to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot for a Ski Weekend in Steamboat

This place was the perfect location for two couples to enjoy a ski weekend at Steamboat. Such an ideal location, literally steps to the gondola. Also super close to little shops on the resort and a quick 2 min walk to the nearest Steamboat town shuttle to get downtown. Kellee was a fantastic host, communication was SO smooth and she was beyond accommodating. She even had adorable welcome baskets which was such a nice touch. We forgot a charger in the unit and she instantly offered to mail it to us, so kind! The condo was cozy and well stocked with everything you'd need and so many nice touches throughout like local coffee.
