Best Condo Ever

This was one of the best rentals I've ever stayed. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. You don't need to bring anything extra, this place has it all. Games, toys, appliances, utensils, everything you can imagine in the kitchen including basic spices and oils. The free city bus shuttles you anywhere you need to go from the top of the street. We had fantastic weather for our stay and even a neighborhood moose!!

Perfect place in Steamboat

I don't often write reviews but thought this place deserved it. Our trip was with me, my college son and 4 of his friends. Everything about this place was great! Often times when you rent online the photos make it appear larger than it really is--that is definitely not the case with this unit. This place is very big and extremely comfortable. I really liked that it had actual cable tv (XFinity) and great wifi, unlike many places that will have Hulu or something similar. The location is great with a very easy walk to the free bus stop (I would suggest leaving instructions/map for this in the condo). The hot tub and pool area was very close and nice-there is even a heated locker room! This unit is clearly someone's home and not just a cheap rental. The most amazing thing to me was how well stocked this place was, there was literally NOTHING you could possibly need that wasn't provided (and probably multiple items). There is no doubt that we will stay here again next time we come to Steamboat.

Awesome Place, cumbersome property management

This condo was perfect for our two-day ski trip. There was five of us, and this place was very comfortable. It is big, with great views and a ton of space. Parking for two vehicles. Garage will be tight if you have a full size truck but might be doable. We parked a Toyota Tacoma in the garage and a ram 1500 in the driveway. Only issue we had was, it would take two days to get property management to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We had a smoke detector that had the batteries go out at 2 AM and it started to annoyingly beep in one of the bedrooms. I sent a message through the app and never heard back (they responded after we checked out). I had to call the Vacasa 800 number. Then they had to submit a ticket. Then I had to wait for a local staff person to call me back (which was pretty quick), but would have been nice to just have the single point of contact through app. But overall would certainly recommend the property. It was great!

Large comfy condo 10 min shuttle to Steamboat base

We thoroughly enjoyed our condo go our group of 7. Steps to hot tub out back door. Very well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms nicely sized, especially master suite. Great to have a large kitchen table and a living room area for all of us to lounge. So many condos which sleep 8 do not have “living space” for 8. This is one of the few. Would definitely stay again. Only negatives were not being able to drop 2 propels luggage into the garage before checkin so that we could have room in our Ford Expedition rental to pick up 4 more from the airport. This small request should have easily been accommodated. Luckily a friend had a friend with a place right near our rental and let us drop our ski bags in his garage for a few hrs until our checkin, but it was irritating to have to stress over this when we had our own rental with an attached garage. As with many rentals, the floors get ignored except for vacuuming. Kitchen floors sticky and wood/tile just dirty. I kept my slippers on and we wet mopped the kitchen ourselves. I’m pretty sure the cleaning staff had to do a rush job. They were clearing out as we were arriving at 4:45. Check in time was 4 pm Highly recommend a stop at Taco Cabo in town while you’re killing time before checkin.

Best Kitchen Ever

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first family vacation to Steamboat. Our teenage boys even made mention of it being the coziest "home away from home" we have ever stayed in. This unit is much bigger than the pictures appear and kudos to the owners who truly thought of everything when appointing this home. You will not be disappointed with this kitchen! We loved having elaborate dinners together followed by a nightly board game at the kitchen table, or cozying up by the fire to catch a football game. The mountain shuttle is super convenient and just a few steps from the front door. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Place

Beautiful property close to the slopes. Had everything we needed and more. 10 min bus ride with the stop close to the home. Hot tub was a plus. Do not hesitate to rent this property.
