    We loved our stay at Flat Tops Haven! The home had every amenity you could imagine and it made our ski trip fun and extremely convenient. The home was beautiful and perfect for a big family!

    Loved this house! My only suggestion is that they add a few basic kitchen tools-spatula, garlic press. Great place! Loved the rooftop hot tub!!

    Perfect Stay

    Peggy and crew at SBLC, thank you for a wonderful experience! Our place (Flat Tops Haven) was perfect (clean and comfortable) and you guys were great in helping us get there. I can't wait to come back with my family and stay in the neighborhood again!

    Fantastic, spacious house.

    Great spot for a friends gathering. Big kitchen. Amazing decks to eat and chill. Clean, modern and the rooftop jacuzzi is the best for evening stargazing.

    Property was great. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was very nice on upper deck with incredible views. Shuttle service A one. Would return in a heartbeat!

    Wonderful space for a big family gathering

    This home was a great place for our family to gather. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enough bathrooms to accommodate about 2-3 people each. The kitchen was new, modern and lovely. At some other places there were some spices or basic pantry items, which weren't at this location, but everything else was perfect and new. The option to open all the doors and windows to cool off the main room was great and we needed a little AC to assist, so having the heating and cooling option in each room was important. The firepit was perfect and we were bummed to not have reason to use the BBQ, but it was quite inviting. The hottub was a hit. I highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great trip.

    Great location and design, lousy service and management

    Day one hour 3 found the upstairs laundry machine leaking onto the carpets. I promptly called the service numbers and was told to "contain it" and that I would be contacted in the AM for more help. I reached for towels to "contain it" and found that those stowed under the bathroom sink were damp, and there were no others for us to take showers with. No-one called in the AM, so I started calling. 4 calls later, I spoke with the person responsible for maintenance, and it was clear he had not been notified. "Help" arrived and by then, the dishwasher was backed up and not working. Screws were found in that drain, and it was apparent that it had not been hooked up correctly. The spare toilet tissue in the bathroom was soiled by a tar-like substance. Eventually things became more or less useful, but I was miffed that I spent half a day or more of my vacation attending to these issues. I requested some additional dry towels, and shared with the on-site manager the various issues (day 2). She "investigated" and the next day informed me that I was mistaken--they never have any of those problems and the place was properly cleaned and stocked. Quite disappointing. I'm used to service recovery, not blaming the customer. The website misrepresented a few items as well. Neither the gondola nor the shuttle runs at this time of the year apparently. And, although in later emails it becomes apparent that there is room for 13, there is only parking for 2 vehicles.

    Great location and great space.

    Loved the space for our 7 adults and 2 boys. Located steps from the Trailhead lodge which offers a huge outdoor pool, 2 very large hot tub, game room and fitness room.

    The location of the property is great and close to the town. The house was very clear and roomy and fit a group of 9 adults perfectly.

    Huge modern home

    This place was awesome! We had 10 guests and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the windows and doors that opened up onto the balcony. It was a great indoor/outdoor setup. The bathrooms were nice and spacious, and everyone slept perfectly in the beds. All the bachelorette party guests commented on how amazing this property was, and we all want to come back again.

    The house was awesome. Proximity to the mtn could not be beat. There were 10 of us 4 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time.

    Perfect

    Our group absolutely loved this house. It was new and modern with cosy comfortable finishes. Plenty of room to cook, dine, and spread out. We loved the spacious mud room and laundry room upon entry where everyone could shed their ski clothes and boots so no mud or snow was tracked into the house. The property is a very short walk to the gondola that takes you to and from the ski village. It couldn’t have been better! We hope to return!

    Great location

    The property was well equipped except for the kitchen. First time we’ve experienced no crock pot & skillet had no tephlon coating . Actually purchased a skillet for our stay. House was equipped well with linens , etc. Location was very close to lift. Lots of building going on across the street so heard hammering all day long which would have been ok except we had an infant trying to sleep.

    Perfect Home!

    I booked this for my annual girls' trip and the property was perfect! There were 9 of us so we needed ample sleeping and bathroom space, and this house had it all. The 2 outdoor spaces were very large and easily accommodated all of our group on each level. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed, there were plenty of linens, and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and modern and exceeded our expectations. If we return to Steamboat - either with this group or on a different type of vacation, I will specifically ask for the property. Very, very pleased - could not have been better :)

    Everything was Right!

    In a world where there is so often over-promises but under-delivery, our stay in this home in Steamboat was an absolute breath of fresh air. Everything was just right: aesthetically impressive, fashionable yet cozy, functional and also fancy. Our party ranged in age from 3yrs to 71yrs old, and everyone was comfortable. Practically speaking, we were pleased to find an abundance of extra supplies from tissues and toilet paper, to soaps and shampoos, to dish cleaning soap, etc., which is often not the case with a rental. The only negative was that this home is surrounded by construction - similar homes currently being built - so there was some noise with which to contend. We noticed it mostly in the evenings after returning from our day activities, as the workers didn't stop until around 6/6:30pm. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

    Spectacular place. Inviting and comfortable

    We very much enjoyed the condo. It was perfect. We had a little glitch in maintenance was there immediately which was awesome. Two items I was not happy about is no early check in which is not something that has ever happened to me especially when your paying luxurious prices. We sat for 2 hours while the place was empty which seemed spiteful. Construction noise even on Saturday was also really loud so our group had to move inside on a gorgeous day.

    Wonderful Home for Families

    Overall the home was amazing! It was a comfortable stay for 3 families. We all loved the open-air concept on the main level and the hot tub was a great night time treat. We were just a short walk to the main pool, which the kids really enjoyed. The only complaint is that there was construction going on all sides of us during our stay. Additionally, the base of the mountain was all under construction too so we couldn't enjoy walking around and visiting the restaurants and shops.

    Great location and fantastic property

    The property is impeccable and in a perfect location. We loved the main floor with all of the indoor / outdoor space and spent most of our time in the townhome cooking and spending time with our family. We were there for Steamboat's annual Hot Air Balloon Festival, and some of the balloons flew right over the property! We also really loved the Sonos system and are planning to put one in our house now. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful property in one of our favorite CO mountain towns!

    Great house, great location!

    We booked this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. It was well appointed, perfectly decorated and great for a larger group. It was also in a perfect location to be able to get to Steamboat "to-dos" within just a few minutes.
