Good location, poor management / customer service

The property is as described with 3b/3b. It is 3/4ths of a mile from the gondola, not 2 blocks but they do have a shuttle.One of our beds was broken upon arrival (the legs were physically bent so your head was 6inches lower than the rest of your body). We reached out via the VRBO app to report this and they said we needed to email a different contact. We followed their instructions and never heard back. Resulting in us spending 3 nights in a broken bed. I followed up after we left and they said "we sent someone to fix it" -- which was a lie as it was still broken and they didn't even ask which of the beds was posing an issue. It is also concerning they are willing to send people to rummage through your place and stuff without any notice.We also repeatedly got misinformation from the people at the front desk. They kept telling us the wrong person to text or call for things, or straight up giving us incorrect information, and we're very sassy with all of our requests. They have still not made it right for these issues despite our follow up.I would not recommend or stay again.

Perfect stay in Steamboat

This property was perfect for us. Very roomy and clean and the kids loved having the pool so close. The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge patio was awesome to grill on. Will definitely return!

Excellent stay

The condo was superb for our group of four adults. Spacious, immaculately clean, very well equipped, nicely furnished and located directly along a gorgeous mountain creek. Property management was in touch well in advance and very communicative and helpful online. Instructions for getting into the building and unit were sent in advance. All worked well. One suggestion: instructions in the unit about how to work the air conditioner would have been useful, but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again when next in Steamboat.

Nice condo with great amenities

We stayed here for a long ski weekend. The condo was nicely updated and the kitchen was fully stocked. There is even a grill to use on the back patio. I appreciated having everything I needed to make meals for my family. The was fresh and clean. Property management was quickly responsive to a few minor issues at check in. The shuttle was super convenient to get to the ski area. The only negative was the parking structure was challenging for our large vehicle. Pool and hot tub area was OK. Would stay here again!

Great vacation home for family/friends!

We stay at this condo on our recent visit to Steamboat Ski resort and we loved this condo!! Place is as descripted on the listing and the host was very responsive to all my questions through out the stay. Multiple ways to get to the resort. The condo is about a 7-9 min walk to the base. The complex (Vacasa) provides their own shuttle service to the base or you can take the resort's shuttle which there is a bus stop cross the street from the condo. The host send me step-by-step check-in process couple days before the stay. The Check-in process was easy to follow. My group of friends cooked everyday so it was very nice the condo's kitchen is well-equipped. It even has a rice cooker! Each room has a humidifier which came in very handy. The hot water works very well in the condo, it does get very hot so be careful when using the hot water. the condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this condo for your stay at Steamboat!

Spacious spot close to the gondola

The space is just as shown. Beautifully decorated and lots of space! The outdoor area has a nice grill and a great area for kids to do sidewalk chalk or play. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside. And walking distance to the base of the mountain/ gondola along a beautiful path.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable for a family of 5. Condo was clean, well appointed, and just a 10 min walk to the base area on a well maintained pedestrian trail. We rented a locker at the base area to store our gear and took advantage of the overnight ski storage to avoid carrying our ski equipment back and forth each day. Worked out great and I would definitely stay here again. Check in was super convenient and there was ample parking for 2 vehicles in heated garage area.

Great spot for a family - very well equipped

Family of 5 spending the weekend in steamboat for a soccer tournament. Very well appointed and well stocked. This was the best kitchen / grill set up that I have seen at a VRBO. We were able to make some excellent meals. Very clean and organized. Best part was walking into the property and having the AC on!
