Yo no recibí el mail, y no me reconocía por nombre y apellido. Nadie atiende el teléfono de emergencias después de las 16 horas. Luego de 1 hora de intentar hacer el check in me tuve que retirar. Me han cobrado el NO SHOW. Mucho cuidado, nadie te protegerá y no tendrás a nadie para solucionarlo.

Hi Eduardo, We apologize for the unpleasant situation. Our reception is open till 23.00 and we have 24/7 phone service. You cannot access to our apartment unless you ring a door bell and usually we help our guest to check-in through the telephone when required. Unfortunately, we did not receive any phone call or door bell from you on the date of your check-in. We tried our best to contact you next day but we never got any response back from you to further handle your situation. We hope to improve our service in your future bookings.
