Located off exit 33 this cabin is in a private wooded setting with cliff and panoramic views. Come hike, climb, fly fish, zip line, kayak, or just enjoy a relaxing weekend in your own log cabin with a hot tub. Quality and new linens, pillows, and towels. 4G cell service! Please let us know if you have questions we want to be accommodating to everyone.

The Neighborhood:
Very close to the Nada Tunnel, private ridge on property backs up to Daniel Boone National Forest and views of the gorge!

Other Things to Note:
Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.

Pets are allowed at this cabin. We charge a flat pet fee of $50. Please be sure to add any pets to your reservation. If you do not see where to do so, reach out to us so we can apply our pet fee.
Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) not provided.

Please note, there might be construction projects nearby, primarily limited to weekdays and daytime hours. While we anticipate minimal disruption to your stay, occasional construction noise may occur. We do not have access or information on construction schedules.

Private parking at the cabin. Road that leads to the cabin is STEEP. The steepest sections are paved while the rest is well maintained gravel. The road is passable in a compact car with 2wd during normal conditions (icy conditions make this road difficult to navigate)

The TV is a smart TV but apps are only accessible through a personal hot spot since there is no Wi-Fi at the cabin. There is a dvd player and some DVDs are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own DVDs if they prefer.

Real nice place remote great setting. Access road can tricky with traffic and very steep in sections. If you meet another car someone’s backing up. Manager does mention the road in the description. Also you’ll get your work out in on the stairs.

Great location but needs some attention.

It was a nice place but some of the floors need to be fixed. The door going to the hot tub does not stay closed unless it's locked, so not usable. Lighting in kitchen is awful not bright at all when trying to prepare food. Make sure to bring everything you think you made need, because as they state in the listing there is bare minimum for you to use. Also would recommend bringing your own bathroom wash clothes as they only had 2 for us definitely not enough for a weeks stay unless you wash them every day. There were plenty of towels though. The fire pit area is amazing and views are beautiful.

It was ok

The place was pretty dirty. Dust webs hung from the ceiling, chunks of dust on the ceiling fan and taxidermy. Mouse poop in the kitchen drawers. Every piece of kitchen equipment needed a scrub before using. Lastly, the pics are inaccurate. They must of been taken right after construction. The tress r now as tall as the patio so there is barely a view.

Great Time

Most everything was as written in the description! However for the two of us, the bed was quite uncomfortable. For one person or two very skinny people, it would be fine. It has a dip towards the middle so we kept rolling into each other! lol, not horrible, but not comfortable to sleep all night. We ended up sleeping with one on the couch and the other in the bed. Otherwise, the location, the view, the amenities were absolutely perfect! Thank you for enhancing our stay in Kentucky!

I would have given all 5 stars but there was no privacy. The only suggestion i have is put some curtains up.on the windows. Fix the bedroom.door so it will.shut and latch from the putside.

Great place

It was a great place overall. Tiny and quaint little cabin. Lots of tress down in the area because of the recent hurricaine so trails were not the best - even away from the cabin. Definitely need 4WD or AWD to get to the cabin. Very clean. All appliances worked well needs a new grill but was a nice little place to be.

Cute Cabin

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. Our hosts were wonderful. Great communication. They have mapped out three small trails near all the properties. The fire area was nice and secluded. It was a great weekend.

Nice cabin for a honeymoon stay.

We went to the cabin for the first three days of our honeymoon. We enjoyed the private hikes up and around the rocky bluff. The rocks offered moderate difficulty for beginner rock climbers and a great view from the higher ledges. There is a neighbor cabin in direct eye shot of the cabin, but we had fun there.
