El huésped tendrá más de 3500 pies cuadrados de espacio. 4 habitaciones con camas king size, 2 sofás-cama grandes, 4 baños completos, 2 cocinas completamente equipadas, sala de estar, sala familiar, 2 salas de lavandería, 2 balcones envolventes grandes, 2 patios, aire acondicionado, 2 construidos en microondas y horno eléctricos, encimera de inducción, encimeras de granito en todo, 2 refrigeradores de lado a lado, lavadora / secadora, lavaplatos, WiFi de DirecTV. Esta propiedad también tiene un generador de respaldo grande, por lo que la casa nunca se queda sin energía (la casa está completamente encendida las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana). Estacionamiento fuera de la calle, completamente amueblado. Campana vecina muy tranquila, segura y amigable, cerca de Red Hook.

La propiedad está ubicada en una calle privada alejada de la carretera principal, por lo que no hay ruido de tráfico, cada vecindario seguro y amigable, hay 4 casas en mi calle y yo tengo dos, vivo en el otro lado de la calle, así que estoy siempre disponible si mi invitado me necesita. Está cerca del agua a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa.

Moverse.......
Puede obtener un taxi a cualquier lugar que necesite ir a la isla, pero será muy caro, le recomiendo que alquile un automóvil para que pueda ir a donde quiera y cuando lo desee. Tenemos un negocio familiar de alquiler de autos y ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes hasta un 15% de descuento en autos de alquiler. Los huéspedes también pueden tomar nuestros coches a St John en la barcaza de Red Hook para visitar y explorar las playas y parques en St John.

Beautiful property

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. Really enjoyed the views. Dexter was very helpful with the rental car as well.

Amazing Home for large group

This property is amazing!! The views of the bay are stunning. Bedrooms are very big and each has an updated bathroom. The kitchen was very big and has everything you need. The high ceilings and wood work was so pretty. Dexter was a great host and was there to greet us at our arrival. The property was very beautiful and St. Thomas is a must see.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable beds and high-quality linens to the well-stocked kitchen and welcoming touches throughout the space.The location was perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing when we were ready to unwind. The space itself was spacious, inviting, and ideal for both relaxing and spending time together.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We had a large family group of 10 in our party but had plenty of space. The rooms were large and well maintained and very clean. We used the spacious kitchen daily. The kids loved using the pool each evening. This property is close to restaurants and shopping in Red Hook, and also close to the ferry boats to St. John. The owner lives close by and is always available for questions or should any issue arise (we had none). He is also good for recommendations. We had been to St. Thomas many times, but he recommended a beach we had not visited. The beach is now one of our faves. An, overall, awesome stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay! Beautiful views and great host!

We had such a wonderful time in St Thomas and Dexter made everything that much better! He procured some Pates for us to eat, rented us a great minivan, met us at the airport and it was the easiest pick up and drop off of a rental car we’ve ever done. The condo is very clean and spacious with high ceilings, great beds, each bedroom with its own bathroom and TV with great WiFi. Lots of beach towels, snorkels, and beach chairs are also available to use. Dexter is a wealth of knowledge and really a cool guy. We’d highly recommend his place and his rental car service. We were a group of 10 and the two living areas and kitchens were very useful. The wealth of knowledge, warmth and character that Dexter brought truly made a great trip even better!

Love this place

Stayed here with my 2 sisters mom and dad. There was plenty of room and it was super clean. The 2 balconies were awesome. Aa were the 2 living areas and kitchens. Had an issue with the ac in one of the bedrooms and Dexter and his son came and fixed it right away. I would not hesitate to visit again.

Awesome location to shops / restaurants and super cute small beach within walking distance. House is well stocked for cooking and beach gear. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view.

Amazing!

Our stay with my family for my brothers wedding at Sapphire Beach was amazing. The back porch with the view was so nice, we absolutely loved it. When driving to the property, we were a little nervous but we’re then blown away with how much we loved our stay. Dexter was so nice and accommodating! Everything was in a close driving distance to get to, very close to Sapphire beach. Would definitely and am planning to come back here! Thank you Dexter!

Family Wedding in paradise

We were in St Thomas for our daughters wedding: I wanted a rental large enough for my family, including husband and our adult children. As previous reviews share Dexter is great, responsive and helpful, including car rental service if you are daring enough to drive in St Thomas. The unit is large and the most well equipped unit I have ever stayed in! He is adding a pool, life size chess board and driving range so there was some construction but when this is done it will be near perfect. The only downside is the roads are narrow and winding making it difficult to walk anywhere,, but the location is less than 5 minutes from red hook and multiple beautiful beaches are nearby! We would stay here again if returned to St Thomas but next time will likely explore st Johns. Definitely recommend anything managed by Dexter!

Great spacious apartment

The unit was huge and clean for our 4 couples. Beautiful view from the two balconies. This is actually two 2 bedroom apartments connected together so there are dual kitchens and living rooms. Beds are great, king size and spacious bathrooms. Fairly close walking distance to groceries and two restaurants . We would gladly stay again.

Great view and beautiful house

The house and view were both beautiful. Dexter helped us to get a rental car once we realized that taxiing everywhere would be too expensive. Dexter also gave us recommendations on places to go eat and must sees. WiFi was a little spotty. Would definitely recommend this place though.
