The property was exactly as it looks in all the photos! Very clean and had everything we needed. I actually went to the store to get laundry detergent and did not realize they had plenty there! The VIEW was AMAZING I woke up to have coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. Had plenty space as well. The only issue was going out of the gate when leaving. One of the tenants there let us know you have to slowly pull up to the gate close to the brick wall and it will open the gate for you as it operates on a sensor. The gate swings open twords you so go slowly so you don't pull forward too far! The host was VERY quick at responding and we had an amazing time!

Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures! The balcony view is absolutely stunning! You can watch the sun rise/set from the comfort of the unit & listen to the sounds of the ocean. If these are the accommodations that are important to you on a beach vacay this is your spot! The unit is very clean & nicely decorated. You have all the basic cooking utensils you need. It also has beach chairs & small coolers for your use, which is really helpful for a beach day; dont have to go out & buy or rent these items. The pool is also right outside the unit like 1 minute walk & the view is breathtaking! The location is amazing its right next door to Bolongo Bay, the bar Iggies & the restaurant Mims! You can also walk thru the property to get there! Only reason i gave this rating one star less is bc if it wasnt for all the things i just mentioned the parking situation alone would steer you away! You need to know going in that if you rent a big vehicle you will not be able to manuaver your way in/out of the assigned parking spot. The lot is very small & the spots are angled all one way making it hard to back out & leave. Its even harder if all the spots are full with cars. You also need to be aware of the large sqaure concert about a foot tall man hole thats directly behind the spot. Its pretty irritating we had to pull in do a u-turn & drive reverse down the lot & back into the spot in reverse to make it easy to get out later. As long as you know that going in, you'll love your stay!

The condo itself was lovely. It is a bit hard to get to but it was nice that we could walk to Bolongo Bay resort for food and drinks. We did have issues with the upstairs neighbors and ended up having to contact the police. There were also bugs in the kitchen, we had to kill multiple a day. The host was responsive, which was appreciated.
