Problem is with orbitz, I reserved and paid a room for 3. When I got there, it was a room for 3. I had to pay extra to get an extra bed for the 3rd person.

I liked that it was quite , they had construction going on but it didn’t interfere with anything. I did not like that check in is so late @4pm it should be 12 or no later than 3pm . Also the think they should have a vending machine and ice machine on each floor instead of walking all the way back to the front office to ask for ice

Proximity to airport was great, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but property definitely needs some TLC following hurricanes.

Location to airport and University of the Virgin Islands is excellent. The tv in my room had very poor reception. Which was no big deal. The view of Emerald Bay was great. The young ladies working the front desk were Awesome!!! The restaraunt was good.

This hotel is in walking distance from the airport and is an ok hotel for one night. You can have a great room over looking the bay which is lovely. The AC worked and there was hot water for showers. Cabs can be called and come within 2-3 minutes. There is a beach on the bay in walking distance at the sister property. You can rent jet skis- $110 for a 40 min tour for two and seats with umbrellas for $20. There is also a small bar on the water.

POOR HOTEL STAFF NOT FRIENDLY STILL NEED REPAIR NO HOT WATER

Did not enjoy my stay. Trades 3 rooms before finding a decent room.

Clearly this hotel sustained significant damage during the hurricanes. While my room was sufficient for my purposes, a place to sleep prior to my flight there were no facilities, dining closed, no ice, etc. All around the lobby and building damage remained un-repaired. Not pretty.

The room was not the type we reserved and paid for. When talking to the front desk person about the problem we were informed that the room was the only available for us. The swimming pool was filled with trash. The restaurant and bar were closed. We checked out the next morning.

Got ripped off by Orbitz an hotel lied to an would not make things right literally false advertising an no one to correct booking AT ALL

first two days no hot water,due to hurricane conditions,no restraunt,bar or pool but that's not what the website says as of feb1 everything shound have been up and running we were there fron feb 1-the 7 no one was even there working on any of this.the said they would shuttle you to there sister hotel for the bar,pool,and restraint.so now we sit around wating for shuttles to drive us back and fourth

Perhaps in a year or two they will be up and running efficiently, but not today. We booked a seaside villa, but got a room with a balcony. No hot water the first night. The first staffer seemed put-out that we wanted to take a hot shower. After that first night, staff was great and very helpful. No restaurant or pool on-site, but free shuttle accross the bay to sister entity for those items. Orbitz needs to update it's information to show certain immenities are currently not available: pool, restaurant, villas. Sister entity could use some improvements in cleaning as the main men's room was aromatically disgusting with a constant puddle of a urine-type substance on the floor. Food was acceptable, staff was cheerful and helpful. Overall, we understand the process of rebuilind after the storms, but the lack of immenities should really have been updated on Orbitz. Might try again in a year or two. Beautiful sunrise.

Nice place, was disappointed the bar and restaurant were not open, But this was understandable as it was off season. The free shuttle to Emerald Bay for dinner was a good replacement. The food at Emerald Bay was very good, we were not real impressed with half of our meals coming much later than the rest. But all in all we will definitely utilize the Lindbergh Hotel again.

While staff seemed engaged, there was no follow through. First room was not ready. A surprise after lugging bags up a steep hill ourselves because the golf cart driver had left early. Second room, even higher up, had a wonderful view, but electricity in only half the room. Bugs, dirt, no hot water, no telephone service throughout our stay despite several "work orders" placed. Restaurant and bar closed because the staff and cook decided not to come to work. Finally, upon checkout we paid a $1 exit tax in cash. It showed up on our credit card. Bottom line: avoid this place.

Great location. Clean simple and convenient to airport with a view!

Not as clean as it needed to be. Restaurant was never open. Ice machines were broken. Just no. Never again Also I returned home and have bug bites, I didn't have them before he trip and I'm not sure if they are just mosquito bites, but I really think they may be bed bug bites. Never again. Do yourself a favor and just stay at the emerald
