This beautiful remodeled second home is so comfortable and ready for you and your family to make great island memories! Located right across from front heated pool, this unit has very easy access from parking area and is a downstairs unit.
The complex has two pools, tennis/pickleball, stocked lake, 16 beautiful acres, small fitness center.
The best part is the complex is located on the south end of St. Simons, Just a few blocks to great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, fishings, putt putt and all the great things this island has to offer.
