Este encantador espacio se encuentra poco después de llegar a la isla, al lado del pantano. La playa está a solo 2. 5 millas al este.
Es un condominio tranquilo y cómodo con 2 dormitorios principales. Cada uno tiene una cama queen. Un conjunto de camas gemelas se encuentran abajo en el porche cerrado.
Camas disponibles para seis personas. Todo lo que necesita está dentro: ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, cable, reproductores de DVD Blu Ray, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, juguetes, juegos y rompecabezas. Puede pedalear una de las tres bicicletas para adultos a la playa, con o sin un remolque para niños o cosas para la playa. Wifi gratis también. ¡La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitará para preparar una deliciosa comida después de hacer turismo, ir a la playa, andar en bicicleta, pescar, andar en kayak y más! S t. Fun in the sun!

Lovely setting with the palms and pargolas. Near pool for walking but we stayed in the winter. Nice walking trails.Cleanliness superb.

Family Vacation

Centrally located, well maintained property

This property was an ideal location for us to visit both family who live on SSI and family who vacationed on SSI. A great feature is that the bedrooms upstairs are both master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the "junk drawer" with odds and ends one could need for minor maintenance like screwdrivers, etc. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She responded quickly to text messages, and we were able to check in early as the property was cleaned and prepared for our visit early.

Quiet Stay with all comforts of home.

We really appreciated how easy it was to o make ourselves at home at St. Simon's Island. Everything advertised was provided including beach chairs, boogie boards and other toys and games. Although we did not utilize the bicycles. We loved knowing that given more time and less commitments, a lovely bicycle ride would be greatly appreciated.

Spectacular St. Simons!

This condo was clean, convenient, cozy, and comfortable! The host was responsive and helpful. The condo was spic-and-span clean, and well-stocked. It's conveniently located to a wide variety of quality restaurants, activities, stores, historic sites, and beaches. The pool is well maintained and neighbors are so friendly! There are plenty of safe walking/biking trails available. We can't wait to go back!

Looked nice at first blush. Then found dirt and crumbs in silverware drawer. Food running down front of microwave. Promised a grill but the grill was old, filthy and basically unusable. My husband mistook washcloths for cleaning rags because they LOOKED like old cleaning rags. Mold on a shower curtain. Lighting was so low in every room…even with dimmers pushed way up..that you could not see to read or do anything unless you carried an extra lamp in from a bedroom. The old rug on the little patio was ripped in many places. It would take so little work and a very small investment to make this place wonderful instead of a sad disappointment. I will say that Beth was wonderful to deal with. We did not complain to her because it was what it was, but for the amount of rent we paid we expected better.

Fantastic Weekend Get-Away...

Very roomy, comfortable and clean condo in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great outside balcony that is perfect for morning coffee and/or an evening glass of wine.

In summary - excellent! Beth is a true Superhost. Her place was clean, homey, comfortable, well stocked and well taken care of. Her attentiveness to our needs during the stay was far above other experiences I have had at vacation rentals. We’d definitely stay with her again if we visit St. Simon Island.

Loved it!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the mornings. Very short driving distance to everything. Had to cut our vacation short due to an emergency, but the owner was very understanding and helpful. I will definitely be booking this condo again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

An adorable house in a beautiful neighborhood, with every amenity you need. Beth was a very attentive host, making sure everything was perfect. I recommend anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place in a good location to consider staying here. Hopefully we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, convenient location to beach. Bicycles were a nice amenity. Bicycle paths easy and convenient to get anyplace on the Island. Plenty of room in the condo for a much larger group, but ar enjoyed the space.
