Every thing there was amazing: staff, food, ambient, romos, installacions, decoration, situation...rooms are very big and very comfortable, the spa and the gym are wonderful. We couldn´t beleive it!! Really recommended!!

Relax and comfort Luxury quality Convenient transportation The room can see the beautiful scenery Stroll to the attractions Intimate kind and friendly service Have a feeling of coming home Quick response

We have been there for our first wedding anniversary. We totally regret our decision on four seasons. We liked Petersburg. However the hotel was very disappointing. I cant even write anything good about the hotel except the bed. Yes the bed was comfortable BUT THATS IT. We didn't like anything else. There weren't plugs on both sides of the bed, we had to ask for toothbrushes, shaving kit and soaps. (never happened before in other luxurious hotels. ), hair drier was broken (I didn't even bother to complain about it to the reception), there were no drawers in the closet (only hangers. Who hangs sweaters?!) Ok. Be ready. THERE WAS NO TRASH CAN IN THE TOILET. ! It really was interesting. There was one by the handwash basin but not in toilet. I've tried the change its place but the housekeeping had changed it back. And other interesting part is everything was with extra charge. Mini bar (even the non alcoholic drinks and chocolates etc.), and breakfast(!!!! can't comment on this one) and even the faster internet. WHAT? What is the "faster internet"?! You're FS! I could've been willing to pay those things included to the price per night. I could've actually paid more. I just wish I hadn't seen them as an "extra charge". Come on! Even the 3* hotels give breakfast... Worst of all, my husband said to me when we checked out that he had talked to the reception personnels and wanted them to arrange some flowers to our room for our anniversary. He had even made it clear he would pay. They told him they would looked what they could do... and then, as you can guess, NOTHING. Not even an apology that they couldn't have done it on such a short notice. Nothing. But I think he should have guessed this because when we were checking in we told them it was our anniversary and they just offered nicer view room with "little" discount. (They didn't upgrade us or anything). Overall, it was like a low-cost hotel. Everything was for extra charge, the staff wasn't helpful, the restaurants' foods were average, toiletries were deficient, and the breakfast... aah the breakfast. Such a shame. Therefore I have to say: NEVER AGAIN.

Four Seasons Lion Palace is the perfect place to stay in St Petersburg. It is so close to everything, the guest room is beautiful - with fresh roses and a coffee machine and the staff really make you feel welcome and at home. I was greeted at the door with birthday greetings on my recent stay and the staff couldn't have done enough for me. Loved every minute.

Wonderful staff, amazing attention to detail and extraordinarily beautiful hotel. Probably the best hotel experience I have had over the past 30 years. We had 4 enjoyable days in St Petersburg (incredible place) and the hotel put the icing on the cake

I cannot recommend the staff here highly enough. I booked direct and travelled with my teenage son to celebrate him finishing his exam. Before I arrived the hotel staff, particularly Anna, were very helpful on email suggesting restaurant options and giving information on the spa. On arrival, we were upgraded to a better room which was a nice surprise. The next day a magnificent cake arrived for my son. The following morning the concierge sorted a mistake I had made on tickets for the faberge museum in literally minutes, even though it involved sending someone to the venue itself. I’ve travelled extensively but can honestly never remember staff consistently going the extra mile to help in this way. It was not just efficient but done with a real generosity of spirit I won’t forget. Many congratulations. This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location but what makes it stand out is a really exceptional team.

The Four Seasons Lion Palace in Peter is one of the world's most beautiful hotels, a tastefully and appropriately restored palace/mansion which is impeccably maintained. The staff is first-rate across the board. Behind the formal facade you can feel the real warmth of the Russian people. A truly excellent Russian breakfast every day. This hotel experience is one of the highlights of a trip to amazing St. Petersburg.

The Four Seasons Lion Palace Hotel is wonderful. Great location in the heart of St. Petersburg, walking distance to many of the historic sites and the Hermitage. Wonderful restaurants including great Sitslian food. The bar is beautiful and serves many unique and delicious drinks in a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful rooms. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous hotel in central location next to St. Isaac's Cathedral. Staff friendly and professional .Hotel helped with paperwork for visa, always answered e mail queries promptly and organised taxis to and from airport.

This hotel must be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From start to finish, service was exceptional and faultless. We travelled to St Petersburg for my 50th birthday and were given a room upgrade on arrival. The hotel is beautiful and has been very tastefully refurbished. All the staff are extremely professional. Great location. St Petersburg is stunning and we will definitely be returning ... and will definitely be staying at the Four Seasons again !
