Este segundo piso hermoso y actualizado condominio domina la piscina del patio tropical Waves. Un dormitorio, un baño para cuatro personas. Waves-16 ha sido pintado recientemente, tiene un nuevo sofá y love-seat, nuevo HDTV "inteligente" en la sala de estar (Netflix, Amazon Movies, etc. con su cuenta), televisor de 40 "montado en la pared en el dormitorio, lavadora y secadora ¡en unidad, larga distancia gratis de América del Norte y acceso a internet inalámbrico gratis también! La playa está a 5-7 minutos a pie del paraíso con millas y millas de playa. Las puestas de sol son hermosas y la vista es tranquila. Venga a experimentar esta increíble escapada tranquila!

Olas cuenta con 20 propiedad individual de uno y dos apartamentos de un dormitorio. la introducción del código cerrada al complejo que lleva a la piscina del patio climatizada, barbacoa y en el lugar de lavandería de monedas. La unidad cuenta con dos lugares de estacionamiento asignados (Se puede aparcar uno detrás del otro). Great location

We loved the location. It was so close to the beach. It was nice having laundry in unit and the smart tv. We didn’t have a car and everything was within walking distance.

A Nice Spot

This was our 4th stay at this cozy community, but the first in this unit. We found it to be clean, enjoyed comfortable beach chairs and living room furniture. It was nice having a washer/ dryer available. A more comfortable mattress would be a great addition to this property.

Relaxing Getaway

Unit was very clean. Pool right outside our door. Also clean. Short walk to the beach & to SO many restaurants. We had fresh fish almost every meal. Loved it

Great location. Super clean with all the amenities. Pool was great and a block from beach.

5 star. Property Manager was very responsive and they allowed us early check in and late check out due to a flight delay. Pool was great, condo was super clean with all the modern amenities and it was close to beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends and family of all ages! Great starkly, thank you!!!

A few updates may be needed

Adequate for the short time we were there. Very well organized beach essentials. New towels, chairs, wagon, tent, etc. Easy to use tv. Good instructions. We noticed the bed sagged in the middle and springs squeaked everytime wemoved. Cabinets sll had a very musty odor when we came in..opened windows and ran fan/ ac constantly

Very nice apartment. Great location

For the money, the experience was awesome. Laundry facilities were a big plus for an extended stay. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. I am used to premium bedding from 5 star hotels and my own home. I found the pillows and bedding to be a little less than comfortable. Also, as a media consumer from Malaysia I found the cable TV from Spectrum to be totally vacant of relevant news. Can't fault the property owner for American media, but too bad. . . All-in-all one of the best vacations I have ever enjoyed.

Great beach getaway

Had a great beach getaway over the holiday weekend. Upham beach is about a 3 block walk, approx 5-7 mins from leaving room to walking on sand via public access spot. Parking spot fit 2 cars comfortably. Close to main road, gulf blvd. About a 3 min walk to waffle house or coffee/pastry spot at end of street made breakfast easy. Very clean. And I’m particular & wipe down every location upon check in. This place was really clean, I loved it. My son enjoyed streaming all his fav shows on living room tv. Good AC kept us cool during heat wave. No frills pool area, lots of debris falling from palms into pool. But was nice to take a quick dip after long day in sand. Apartment was very well kept, homey & had everything you need. Appliances, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, big closet. 2 minor recommendations-there were multiple messages around instructions for stay (ie messages on vrbo, text or binder in apt) As most repeated with slight differences, perhaps consolidating into one message or page will help simplify for guest. Also bath towels had a slight vinegar smell upon using. Would definitely recommend staying. Thank you

As expected

Everything was as expected from the description and photos. The main bed was comfortable but loud with any movement. The Sandy beach condo stated they had pack n plays to rent when in fact they did not so that was stressful but all worked out. We would stay there again!

Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect size for my husband and I. Very close to the beach and in an overall good location! Everything was very clean when we arrived. Since we are not from the area, we really like the locked gate to get into the property.

Great stay

Super close to the beach and only few min ride to different towns. Restaurant options at walking distance, not high end, but ok for eating and have a good time. Apartment is on the small side, but we were only two so it was enough for us. Supermarket a mile or so away. They had all you need for the beach and laundry machine inside the apartment. Place is on the older side but overall well kept

Ok for the price

For family reasons, we made travel plans within just a few weeks of the 4th of July weekend, and VRBO properties were the only accommodations still available. This one was rated high for cleanliness but the refrigerator handle was sticky, there were hairs in the tub and the outside of the toilet base had "evidence of use". The bed was awful, it made a sound every time we made the smallest move. We never felt unsafe, but the people occupying the neighboring units were who you would expect at a roadside motel. Living room furniture out on the walkway, kids in diapers running around... NOT the place to stay if you're used to a Marriott or Hilton.

Perfect!

My family came down for a quick trip and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had all of the necessities needed. We only had to worry about making a quick trip to the store for food. The walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and the condo had a beach cart, chairs, and pool noodles to use. There were even extra beach towels which was nice. I think the only suggestion I would make would be regarding the pull out couch. My son chose not to sleep on it because it was very uncomfortable. We would definitely consider this unit in the future!

Spring Break 2021

I loved how quiet this place was and I felt so safe there (especially since it was all girls in our group). I really was satisfied with how clean it was and there was supplies for the beach, kitchen utensils, etc. My only thing I would change is I wish we would've had at least 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 guests. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay! Will come again in the future:)

Great Condo in Great Location

This is my 2nd year staying for a month in Waves 16. It is comfortable, homey, and very well supplied with kitchen & beach items. The location is the best and is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, shopping, bank, post office, & a delicious Italian bakery. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals is very receptive to any needs.

Very satisfied with our stay here! Perfect for the 4 of us that stayed there. Loved having a washer and dryer included. Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location

I loved this apartment and will definitely be back. It was the perfect location, 5 minute walk to the beach and Gulf Blvd with a number of shops and restaurants. The unit was in excellent condition and was beautifully decorated. I was only there for 5 days but the in unit washer/dryer was great for longer stays. I also liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were included. The pool was very nice and well maintained. It was a very safe building with the key code on the main entry door, and I loved that the apartment also had a key code as opposed to carrying a key around.

St. Pete & The Wave 16 Perfect Together

First, kudos to Sandy Beach for a perfect experience! The Waves 16 had everything we needed. Well equipped unit with all the amenities ya\ou need. Super fast internet service and a smart HDTV great for streaming cable service had about 200 TV channels. Lots of close-by places for our evening entertainment, even during the COVID mess. Did I say everything is walkable? A great Gulf beach a few blocks away, and not crowded. The Waves 16 have all the beach implements, too (chairs, umbrella, mats, and a beach buggy to tote all the stuff - couldn't be better. We'll want to book this place on our next visit to Florida.

Vacation

We have been enjoying Waves #16 for several years, this year was very different due to the virus. We stayed together with the folks from units 15 and 17 we travelled down with them and enjoyed the time we had. The apartment is still very comfortable and nice and clean. My only mention is the bed it's very squeaky especially for a light sleeper. We have booked again for next year hoping everything will be back to normal.
