Loved Ozona and this wonderful property. We are a family of four and we fished, rode the bikes, ran on the trail, visited the beaches, ate in great local restaurants and played disc golf!! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing comfy quiet with accommodating host!

Our host was above & beyond accommodating & reachable within our 1st few minutes of arriiving. Super clean, private with a great view from our Penthouse rental. If you’re looking to get away for some real R&R this is the place!

Great stay and location. The host was very communicative and has the property in beautiful condition. The unit was in excellent condition and stayed cool for our stay in the hot summer days. Washer and dryer for extended stays. Located right on the water which was perfect views for morning coffee and cooking out on the outdoor grill. Not too far from downtown Palm Harbor as well which was perfect for after dinner walks for a nice cool beverage. Thanks for the great stay!!

Perfect

The rental was in the best location, peaceful with a lovely view of the bayou. This avid bird watcher was especially delighted to view two pairs of wood storks. We enjoyed the rental so much we have reserved a longer stay next year.

Nice quiet area neighborhood to stay.

Off the busy roads and congestion. Nice and relaxing stay.Neighbors are real friendly. Several restaurants, pizza shop,And bar all within walking distance. Also bike and walking trail close by.Host is very response to all needs that may arise during your stay. Host is also making ongoing improvements and upgrades to the property. Over all a very nice place to stay.Short drive to other restaurants, grocery stores and several state parks and beaches.

Ideal place

My husband, teenage son, and I had a great experience with this VRBO. The location is easy driving/biking to many of the more touristy areas nearby but is set in a quieter area away from the crowds. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the dock each morning after we biked or walked the nearby Pinellas Trail. Beaches are easy driving Honeymoon And Caladesi Islands are just down the road, quieter and closer than Clearwater. Lots of restaurants nearby - we spent most of our time in Dunedin. The apartment is well-equipped and clean.

Ozona on the water

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. Anthony did a great job giving us the information ahead of time, and there was a very helpful package available when we arrived. Check in was simple and we felt at home right away. The location was fantastic with a dock and water views. The property was close to many diverse activities to stay busy. The property came with some bicycles to use, but if you are an avid cyclist you will want to bring your own.

Responsive host

Anthony was very responsive and helpful with questions about the area. We borrowed the bikes from the house and road the nearby bike trail. The area has nearby restaurants, a grocery store, a CVS, a Walgreens, and a farm stand. The unit has big windows with lots of light in the living room.

Quaint and perfect location

This property is an ideal location to the Pinellas Bike Trail which is awesome for getting to restaurants, breweries and towns along the coast north of Clearwater. It is an upstairs unit with two nice sized bedrooms. The outdoor stairs are pretty steep so keep that in mind for the very young or unsteady folks. The mattresses are very firm (which we love) but others might want to be aware. The living room is comfortable and spacious. We were able to put a twin air mattress in it and it didn't affect the usable space. The bathroom was very clean updated. It is long and narrow so for very large people, it may be uncomfortable. No hot water issues and plenty of thick, soft towels for our family of four. The kitchen is small and our only complaint is the cleanliness of the refrigerator. It looked like it had been a garage or outside fridge as the outside was very dirty and rusted (maybe it's temporary while one is ordered). Fortunately, we did not cook as we like to eat local while on vacation. However, if your family likes to cook a lot on vacation, this would not be the ideal kitchen. Overall, we loved our stay! The things we loved the most-location, peaceful dock and water off the back, free laundry access, spacious bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, space to park off-street.

Just Perfect!

I have been wanting to get away for a month but had never actually done it. This year my daughter and her husband encouraged me to try it. We were on line looking and found this place! It turned out to be just what I wanted. I could see the water constantly from my apartment and it was back in a neighborhood that made walking a joy.
