Cute cottage in great location.

Great location where you can walk to beach, Caddy’s, John’s Pass. We had a great time and our 5 year old loved the heated pool! The unit we stayed in is small but we only have a family of 3. Having access to the garage full of beach stuff, toys, etc. was convenient. Bring quarters if you want to do laundry. Only drawbacks are that the kitchen was sparsely appointed and windows don’t have screens so hard to keep windows open during cool nights without bugs coming inside. Would be nice to have recycling provided as well. We had a great time!

Lovely and convenient unit

Clean. Responsive. Well appointed. Close to everything. Only gripe is re check in. Traveling from out of state and we arrived earlier than anticipated. Despite the unit being cleaned and empty, we weren’t permitted to check in much earlier. Would’ve paid extra $$ for the ability to do so.

Incredible Stay!!

We will definitely be back! The location was awesome just a few blocks from St. John's Pass but far enough away you had a little peace and quiet. The pool was heated and perfect for March weather. Our kids loved it! Also, the garage had everything we needed for the beach, including a cart, cooler, sand toys, and more! The bikes were a "cherry on top" bonus. We were very pleased!

Perfectly located adorable cottage!

Well kept and nicely appointed cottage, perfect for a family of 4! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to beach access and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back!

Beach Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and there were lots of beach amenities to use which was great! It was nice walking to John’s Pass for an evening of great food and shopping. The short walk to the beach was amazing too! Communication with the owners was great if we had any problems. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great location and nice for smaller family

Location was great! Having the use of shared bikes was nice. Would suggest not counting on other items to be available if the other renters do not return after each use. A few notes were that dishwasher was broken and shower curtain and rod needs rethought to stop water hitting the wall which management was aware of the wall needing repair. Bunk room was tiny but expected from photo and fine for our needs. Very happy with overall experience for sure.

5 stars!! My husband and I came in for the St Pete IndyCar race. Super cute & clean VRBO. Other pros..immediate response from manager, comfortable bed, short walk to beach and free use of beach chairs & bikes! This unit shares common space and pool with a couple other units which would be perfect for a large family who want to be close but also separate. Thanks for the great stay!!

Cozy and convenient

From our early arrival and check in, to our early check out, the communication was spectacular! We were provided with information that allowed us to check in early with alternate plans to safely store luggage in the event that the property was not ready when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental property. The location was in an excellent spot and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and especially to the beach! The property felt very safe, and I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family. If we return to the area, I would consider staying in the cottages again.

Great location

Location is fabulous! Walk across the street to the beach and walk a few blocks south and you are at John's pass. Place is small but comfortable. As others have said the 2nd bedroom (bunkbeds) is smaller than imagined, but not a problem for us, it was only used for sleeping. The tub is deeper than I expected and I enjoyed a hot bath each night! We ate out each meal (so many great places in walking distance) so we didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to be stocked and had nice appliances. We didn't use the pool, fire pit, or any of the goodies in the storage garage. We wanted to use the paddle boards, but the gulf was rough during our stay and I couldn't figure out how to launch safely from the inlet at any of the open areas within walking distance. Drop off from seawall to water much too steep for us and no dock access. I didn't bother to contact management company, figured if there was a safe clear option it would of been outlined in the email of check in instructions and tips for the area. It was a great vacation.

Perfect Location

We LOVED the location-a mere 705 steps from our unit to the shore. Everything we needed was there and a shirt ride to get the rest. Having the beach carts was awesome-there was never an issue getting necessary beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, etc). I will definitely be back with other extended family as everyone could have their own villa. It was located close to everything we wanted to see on the gulf coast-HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a great time!

Had a flight get cancelled and found a 3 night window to rent here and had a great time! Quiet, close walk to John's Pass, very friendly other guests. We loved the fire pit although it needed some tinkering with at first. My son loved the jet in the pool. Loved that they had coolers and kayaks and chairs to use. The kids bikes didn't work well unfortunately, needed a little oil or a new chain as the salty air had rusted the chains. Convenient laundry. Very nice interior. Highly recommend.

Spring Break Trip

Property was a very close walk to the beach. Lots of kayaks, coolers, paddle boards and bikes to use. Beach wasn’t overly crowded even though it was Spring Break. Loved being able to walk to John’s Pass. There was so much to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

The property is a chore walk to the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass. The property had everything we needed from beach chairs to bikes and BBQ’s. I have no complaints about anything. I would definitely rent again.
