25th Anniversary

This property was well-maintained, secluded and tropical with beautiful palm trees and colored lighting at night surrounding a good sized pool for cooling off. The location was quiet and serene and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit itself was small but clean and updated with nice tropical touches. A perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation in old Florida to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my wife!

Clean but very uncomfortable bed

Overall the place is clean and pool area is nice. Our concerns were the mattress was VERY uncomfortable. Towels and pillows were limited to one per guest. The door on the stove in the unit couldn't open due to the wall being in the way. Good thing we were not cooking!! The appliances were spotted with rust. To make matters worse a truck with sewer cameras was on the property twice during our stay. We did notice rat and mouse traps on the exterior of the building. At least try and hide them. We will not stay here again.

Quick vacation

This little gem tucked away behind palms is a great option to overpriced hotel rooms. The pool was immaculate along with the rooms. We are definitely coming back. Management was on point with correspondence when communicating with them. 10 out of 10

Perfect little oasis

This Tropical Coquina Cove Studio was simply amazing. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and literally 3 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from restaurants and an ice cream shop complete with 140 flavors. The pool is right outside your door with perfect temperature crystal clean water. The landscaping around the complex makes you feel like you are located in your own little oasis. The staff was very responsive. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Indian Rock Beach.

Cute and convenient

My 21 year old daughter and I took a spur of the moment trip and fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were very well taken care of and the pool area was very clean. Lots of sun at the pool until late day. Only a couple of blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the restaurants and coffee, ice cream. So much to do in the area up and down the coast, we are already talking about going back next winter and bringing my husband this time. We would love to stay here again.

Cozy Studio

Cute, clean, and comfortable! This small studio was well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay. The location was fantastic as we could walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart (all provided) to avoid parking issues. The heated pool was spectacularly clean and warm just steps from the front door. There was a washer and dryer in the common area and a gas grill. The only improvement would be to have a designated smoking area far from the studio patios and the pool area. Or better yet, make this a nonsmoking property! We would stay here again.

Nice Place

I like quiet places and this fit the bill. Perfect for my wife and I, pool right outside the window, nice landscaping. Guests were quiet and polite. Beach was literally a 2 1/2 block walk away. We had a great time.

Quiet neighborhood

This property was great. The keyless entry system worked very well. Only two short blocks to the beach which is why it was nice and quiet. The room was perfectly appointed for all my needs, the private patio was delightful and the heated pool was perfect. Ground floor with ample parking made it very easy to unpack and pack. I'd stay here again.
