Wonderful

Our family loved everything about this property. The pool in the back was perfect temperature on our 75 degree days. It’s a short walk to the beach, Publix, and other restaurants/shops. Would recommend this property to any family looking at staying somewhere near the beach while still having a quieter pool! Fishing out back was also enjoyable. We used the paddle board which was a lot of fun as well.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! As listed! Great for fishing & boating. Nice pool tho a little small if the units are all full. Kayaks nice but need some tlc bc they fill with water & are almost impossible to get out of water especially during low tide. Great stay & location! Beautiful condo & view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Black Pearl lower condo. It was a perfect spot with enough beds for everyone and ample space in the kitchen for making meals. The best part is that our fishing charter was able to pick us up from the back deck. Will stay here again!

Overall it was a great place to stay except the people above us were very noisy until midnight every night. Very hard to sleep. We spoke to them and it did nothing. This made our stay Les enjoyable.

Girls Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just as pictured. It slept 11 women comfortably, although the one bedroom with the bunk beds was very tight and some of our guests ended up sleeping in the living room. The property was very clean and just an overall great location. We would 100% stay again.
