Ubicado en la hermosa comunidad turística de Bahía del Mar, este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y dos baños en el primer piso tiene muchas comodidades para ofrecer a los vacacionistas. Súbete al puente de Boca Ciega y corre directamente hacia el histórico Dom Cesar Hotel hacia el sur y terminarás en la playa pública Pass a Grill, donde el restaurante "Hurricane" sirve el mero más fresco y refrescantes bebidas tropicales. Dirígete hacia el norte por Gulf Blvd y aventúrate en el esquí acuático o, en su lugar, toma un paseo en bote y posiblemente te relaciones con los delfines. El condominio se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro de St Pete, que cuenta con una próspera comunidad artística y cultural, restaurantes raros e inspiradores que atraen a "amantes de la comida" de todas partes. Salta sobre el puente Tierra Verde, al sureste del condominio y disfruta de las playas públicas del parque Fort Desoto. Que es una reserva natural de instalaciones completas con senderos para bicicletas, bancos de picnic, bares o simplemente relajarse en los kilómetros de playas de arena blanca y natural.

Relaxing Get-Away

Wonderful waterview location with easy access to the many temptations of the region. Great accommodations. Perfect for a couple who want to escape the cold, as we did! Look forward to returning.

Great Views, Great Location

The two bedroom unit was perfect for my wife and I and our child. We loved the location and will definitely be coming back. The owner called before we arrived and let us check in early and was available throughout our stay.

This unit was very accessible for our 92-year parent - ground floor and no stairs. Unit was very clean, very comfortable. Close to St. Pete and Clearwater beaches and to many restaurants, etc. Relatively short and easy drive to Sarasota (St. Armand's Circle is a must-visit). We highly recommend this property.

Disappointed but with some attention to detail would give it another shot

This property has a lot to offer with location and views of water but unfortunately we ran into issues during our stay which is the result of the rating. During our stay, this property had cleanliness issues that hadn’t been addressed in some time. The pull out couch had apparent urine stains on the used fitted sheet and was covered in dog hair. The vents were caked with dust and the house had an odor of must. The 2nd bathroom was unusable due to a drainage issue. I contacted the owner and to her credit, tried to handle the issues. She contacted a plumber, but they were unavailable to fix the issue during our stay. She also cleaned the vent in the living room and credited me one night for our troubles. She was pleasant to deal with. I would try this property again, as the owner is taking care of the issues we ran into during our stay.

Great time in Florida!

The property had a great location overlooking the water. A covered patio was perfect for watching boats and the wildlife. The owners were easy to contact and great to work with!

Wonderful water front location, convenient to many local natural treasurers

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo well equipped and as advertised. The owner is great to work with. We enjoyed the ability to take advantage of the waterfront location for fishing and paddling. Another plus is the property's location near many of the areas beautiful state and local parks with many recreational opportunities. Will stay again next time.

We stayed for a few nights after dropping our daughter at college. Super close to her school and ST. Pete Beach. Clean and nice. Patty was the perfect host.

Tierra Verde visit

We had a good time going to our favorite restaurants from 15 years ago. It did rain most of the time. Great views. Only problem everyday sprinklers came on at 5 while raining and wakes you up because it hits the bedroom window. TV in living room needs to be updated. Picture at top very blurry. In guest bathroom tub and sink clogged up quickly. We probably noticed this because we where inside alot from rain. But excellent place to stay.

Paradise!

Loved every thing about our stay at Isla del Sol -except having to leave. Our host was welcoming, charming and !helpful. It was decorated beautifully and the view of the Bay was amazing! Just a short hop to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. All the museums and The Pier with shops and more restaurants 10 min drive. So quiet and peaceful, including the huge bayfront pool. Loved it!!!
