I paid for this "home rental" in full approximately 6-7 months prior to the actual check in date of 9/16 for 6 nights. I had to reach out to the owner mid-morning during a lay over flight to FL to get information for my check in that day. The owner texted me that she would be able to "move me to another unit" so she didnt have to cancel my reservation. Imagine my surprise with this situation and the term "unit" when this is being advertised as a villa/entire home. This is in fact a 4 unit apartment, not an entire home. She moved me from the larger king bed, etc unit to accomadate what I can only assume was the BMW person who was handed mine. There was no yard, no grill, no W/D in the home and there was no entire home. Huge dishonest, misrepresentation of the property. I didnt cancel only because of the cost I would have incurred trying to book elsewhere last minute. I will say this; everything in the "unit" was very clean, tastefully decorated and modern. You need to be honest with any future potential tenants and let them decide based on the facts. This is not a private home and you will have neighbors right next door.
