Madeira Norte 213 - Ideal location offering views and privacy, not to mention a beautifully decorated and remodeled vacation retreat. Madeira Norte #213 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo that has it all which is why guests come back year after year. Free wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The recently renovated kitchen contains new granite countertops, modern cabinetry, new appliances and has every utensil needed for your stay, including coffee maker and microwave. The comfortable living area has a flat screened TV and leads out to the side balcony, where guests will enjoy beach and nature views. Here you will find the perfect spot to enjoy a good book, or watch the spectacular sunsets Florida offers.

The cheerful, nautical themed master bedroom has one king sized bed, flat screened TV, and also provides access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and provides plenty of space for guests. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Great location

Property was right on the beach with a great view of the Florida sunset straight from the balcony! Was within walking distance from shopping, food, and entertainment with John’s pass right across the street. Grocery store trips could be walked, but decided to drive as to not have to carry bags back. Kitchen was stocked with every dish and utensil needed to concoct a delicious meal. Traffic was not bad but also went during late October. Overall, it was a great place to stay and provided for a much needed rest and relaxation week before heading back to the Midwest winter!

Great place to make memories!

Our family had a wonderful time here! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the balcony and the view. It was shaded in the morning while we had coffee and in the evening there’s a great view of the sunset. It’s right near John’s pass so we walked to dinner almost every night. The only thing I would have liked was for beach towels to be provided since we flew but we easily found cheap ones at local Walmart. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great place!

We love staying in Madeira Beach! The location of this condo is perfect, being right across from Johns Pass, as well as on the beach. The room itself is great, the view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony is fantastic! The beds are comfortable, the unit has plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were very pleased with our stay!

Relaxing time

If you should stay at this unit make sure the thermostat fan is set to Auto. We saw that someone had complained about the air conditioning so the first thing we did was check the thermostat fan setting, yup, is was set to run. The fan on the system needs to be set on AUTO. The unit needs to turn on and off allowing the condensation to drip off the coil, the part that gets cold. If you keep it on auto you will be nice and cool as we were. If not, the coil will freeze and the unit will fill the condo with nice cold humid air.

Great location, views and all around great property

This is the second year we have rented in this area and we loved this property. Besides the great location and views it has a great overall feel. Our teenage girls enjoyed this property as shopping and ice cream were so close. We would rent this property again.

Love the condo, large balcony!

My sisters and I enjoyed our week stay. The kitchen is huge and gorgeous, love the granite countertops. The beds are very comfortable. The condo is decorated tastefully. The balcony was the best! We had our coffee in the morning and our evening beverages while watching the sunset on the balcony daily. The ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. John's Pass is literally right across the street, with great gift stores, restaurants, jetski, kayak and boat rentals Our vacation was wonderful.
