Inside, the cottage is bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom. Everything that was needed for a restful holiday was included. Quiet location surrounded by restaurants, a block from the beach made our vacation the perfect choice! The hustle and bustle of condos and the busy beach fronts of St Beach beach melted away in the powdery sands of Pass-a-Grille.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seashell haven. It was beautiful and cozy. We feel safe and relaxed. I love the fact we were so close to the beach and there is a pet beach at the end of the island. We made frequent visits there for our fur babies. We were also happy with the way our host was attentive and friendly. Thank you Lisa for your kindness and hospitality.

We usually rent a big house when we come down to Florida and bring the kids and their friends along, but now that they’re out of the house, we decided to try something different and booked this smaller beach cottage in Pass-a-Grille. Honestly, it turned out to be perfect for the two of us.The location couldn’t be better — about a block and a half walk to the beach, and right across the street from the intercoastal and a great restaurant called The Wharf. We ended up eating there a couple of times because the food was good and the views over the water were spectacular. There’s also a little market nearby, so you really don’t have to leave Pass-a-Grille if you don’t want to.The beach on that end was quiet during the week, which gave us plenty of time to walk the shoreline and enjoy the surf without big crowds. It only got busy once the weekend rolled around. We also took short drives to check out Fort De Soto (well worth it) and explored St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach for more restaurants and things to do.All in all, this cottage gave us exactly what we were looking for — a cozy place in a great spot with everything close by. Would definitely stay here again.

All in all this place was amazing. It is private. It was just a short walk to the beach. A wagon was provided which was a complete win for me with little ones!! There were sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The place is stocked with the essentials to start your vacation, that was awesome! It was super clean! Lisa was readily available and helpful, although we really didn’t need much. My only complaint is I missed the ocean view however, I knew I wasn’t gonna get that when I booked it. But I really missed it more than I thought I would. Oh and the washer and dryer took quarters which is a little inconvenient, had to go to a few stores, then the bank to get quarters.

Best place on Pass A Grill

We spent 2 nights in SeaShell and it is just the cutest place ever. It's really close to the beautiful beach ( 3 min walk), and it's very well appointed, and it's comfortable. It has a cute little private patio. Really can't say anything negative about it. I will say it is the cleanest and most comfortable place we've ever stayed in.
