This single family house beach house is located in the quiet, exclusive Carlouel neighborhood located at the north end of Clearwater Beach, just steps from the beach with a private access beach entrance. This beautifully decorated beach home has 2 bedrooms (Queen beds) 2 baths, sunroom with trundle bed (2 twins)and open floor plan with living room, dining area & kitchen and garage. The backyard is fenced in with a patio & gas grill and lush plantings. Enjoy fabulous sunsets or take a short stroll along the shoreline north to Caladesi State Park. Pets are permitted.
Bikes & kayaks provided and can be used after signing E-sign waiver.
