Fantastic rental, location and host. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
We stayed for 2 months in June and July. We looked at various other rentals in the area but none of them had everything we wanted until we found this rental.
The unit was recently renovated and in great shape. Nice renovations throughout. It was fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities to be able to cook your own meals, and items for the beach such as chairs and towels. The backyard has a nice screened porch and patio area with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The mattresses on both the bedroom and sleep sofa were fantastic. I never met a sleep sofa mattress that didn’t kill my back until this one.
We worked remote some days and the wifi was excellent for video meetings. No connectivity issues.
The location was great as well. Just a quick walk across the main road, then walk behind PCI to the beach. The beach was always great – clean sand, blue water, and no jelly fish or seaweed. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. More just a quick car ride away within a mile or two. Publix is about 1 mile away.
Chuck was a fantastic host. He is very personable, friendly and helpful. Always quick to answer an email or text, or to pick up the phone. Chuck made sure everything was as expected and that we enjoyed our stay at his rental.
