This house was a bit oversold on the site. There was nothing peaceful about this rental. The neighboring house had a van hooked up to a generator overnight. It was extremely loud plus dogs barking and people yelling. 12am and then again at 7am. The second night the neighboring house

The host was quick to respond. The house was very clean. Back yard needs some maintenance but livable. Easy to get to the local restaurants and bars. The beach is easy to get to.

Great stay overall with great location. We felt a a few essentials were missing (tissues, wine glasses, cutting board, good chef knife, toaster). BBQ in the backyard and bikes to get around would have been nice. I do recommend this 2 bedrooms house for anyone who wants to stay in the Clearwater area. Thank you!
