The Opal does not make it easy for Hotel.com users. I purchased 2 rooms as a Christmas gift for My family and since the card I used was not going to be available they made fill out form and a drivers license. And then there was limited communication and they were trying to get Me to fill out another form because there was two rooms. Also I was there to the hotel the first day and they still made Me fill out a form, etc. Also some of the staff appeared not interested in helping . And kept saying these are the rules, etc. We will not use them again.

The staff and food was amazing! The only downside was having to walk across the street to the beach, as it is not adjacent to the beachfront, andthe additional resort fee of $30 per day, the additional cabana fee of $50 per day, and the additional valet fee of $42.50 per day. Otherwise, this facility is gorgeous!
