This 1BR space features a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, a smart TV, and simple bedroom necessities such as a dresser, night tables, and a closet. A pullout sofa in the open living area provides additional sleeping space for small families or groups of up to 4 guests.

Settle into the open living area where a smart TV, games, and seating create a relaxed spot to unwind after exploring the shoreline. A work desk and chair offer a dedicated space if you need to stay connected, supported by both wifi and an ethernet connection. The living area also includes access to exercise equipment for light movement during your stay.

BUGS-Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.
