Quick Getaway

Convenient location, worked out great for my wife and I for quick getaway. Would've easily accommodated another couple, or when traveling with children. Would visit again.

Happy and Surprised

Don't let the outside fool you. Even tho there was storm debris clean in the area. The room was great. My family enjoyed it. I would go back.

Vacation

We had a great stay for the two days we were able to stay. Due to the hurricane we were evacuated off the island! It was a nice area, close to Publix’s and right across from the beach. The pool was nice. We will book again.

Girls trip

Great place to stay, easy access. Close to everything and excellent to be next door to Publix. Plenty of space for 6 of us and the pool was great. We would suggest more linens and better pillow and a cart/wagon to take things to the pool or get groceries with. The dryer had to be run many times to even mostly dry towels. Otherwise it was great

Nice Stay

Property was very convenient and clean, Check-in and out and parking was easy. Dryer didn’t work very well and I emailed the contact info on file but never heard back from anyone. Also could use a few more pots, pans, and some better knives. The pool wasn’t very clean at the beginning of the week but improved by midweek. The view from the pool is amazing. Overall it is a clean, nice place to stay and very convenient to the ocean, shopping, and eating.

Building Under Construction - Not Reported

This was an excellent rental and gets 5 stars for everything including location, comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked with essentials, clean, and nice view. The problem, however, was they did not advise of building construction prior to my booking. They have since added that info to the website. The noise was very intrusive and did disturb our trip quite a bit. The management co. tried to make it right by offering free tickets to attractions but unfortunately we were not able to use them. The owners have now offered a 10% discount refund which I will accept if it is given to me, however, for me it's not about that minimal amount of money although I felt they owed me some sort of compensation. My belief is it should never have happened when I had plenty of rental choices for all the beaches in Pinellas County. Hotels always advise when there is construction and I appreciate that. I wrongly assumed that Vrbo, owners and property management companies would be equally ethical. I've learned from this and was unfortunately left with negative views after what should have been a wonderful and peaceful, 4-day trip with my my daughter and family.

The Palms

We loved the condo; it was clean and comfy! The master windows need blackout. The hallways and property, itself, were a little dated. There are not gas grills; they're not even really usable. Amenities listed fitness center-t⁰here's none. The hot tub was out of commission w/o being advertised as such. Still, it is a great location, and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice Property

This condo is in a fantastic location. Publix is right next door, close to other attractions, and the beach is right across the street. Great fishing location right on the intercoastal. The only complaint I would have is small however, the lack of pots, pans, and other cookware made it difficult to make a nice meal at home for the family.

Great weekend on Treasure Island

My family of 6 had a great weekend stay here. Everything was clean and the property was very close to shops and restaurants. Having Publix next door was a big plus. The kids loved the spacious pool and the view of the intercoastal.

Home Away From Home

Pros: Close to the Publix next door, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice amenities, and the dolphins were nice to watch in the bay. Beautiful area too. The property owner was very helpful. Cons: Needs a new dryer (didn’t dry well), doesn’t sleep 6 comfortably (more like four as it only has two beds), beach access is down a little ways and a little bit of a hike, but was still doable. The only elevator for the entire building was dreadfully slow. For the price it was worth it though.

Spring vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in Treasure Island. The location was across the street from the beach, next door to the grocery store and walking distance to shops, ice cream parlors and several restaurants. Views were great while sitting at the pool and from the large balcony. The unit had chairs and umbrella to use also.

Best place we have stayed at!

The property was just as described/pictured. The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds were comfortable and place had everything we needed. The pool area was great! Kept very clean and The Palms is in a great location. Right next to everything, yet just far enough to not be stuck in the middle of all the madness on the main strip. We loved our time spent here and will definitely come back😁

Great place

I would highly recommend this place! The owner is super responsive and responded to my questions usually within a few minutes, or a few hours prior to arrival. The unit was clean and provided all necessary items for our stay. The location is perfect. Walk out the back and enjoy the pool, private dock (and maybe even see the dolphins swimming). The beach is a 2 min walk. Grocery store is next door which is awesome especially when traveling with family as it takes a minute to get there and pick up those necessary items for the stay. Overall very happy we chose this property and would definitely come back!

Spacious place!

Very nice. Upon arrival, temp was unable to go cooler than 72°F. Called the maintenance line, and employee was onsite the next morning to fix issue. Comfy beds, big outdoor area, nice neighbors, free parking! It was great to have a fridge with icemaker, and two bathrooms.

Overall great family vacation stay

Great location. Clean place. Publix next door, beach access across the street. Both beds were king size which was nice. Both beds comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding for sofa couch (pillows/sheets/blankets). Bonus was beach chairs and beach towels (4 not 6 given) and 2 beach straw blankets. Washer and dryer in condo. Ice maker was nice to have. Charcoal grills available. Owner of condo was quick with text responses. We were able to get into condo 2 hrs earlier which was really nice! Some cons but nothing major were sofa couch was noisy and not very comfortable. The dryer did not dry well. It took a 2-3 full cycles to dry clothes properly. It would be nice to have a screen on slider to balcony on nice cool days and nights for fresh air. It would be nice to have key code access to the stairs coming into condo instead of keys and elevator. Also, it would be nice to have grilling utensils to use since we have access to charcoal grills on property. Overall a nice reasonably priced condo for a family of 4-6 people. 😁
