Great house! Enjoyed nights in the hot tub and playing outdoor games. Beach was a close walk and we took advantage of the paddle board, chairs and beach toys. The location is great, lots in walking distance but also not overcrowded like other areas close by that we visited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

Location for the price can’t be beat

Pleasant surprise when we pulled in. It is a bit confusing as it doesn’t list it with the 1/2. It is the steps that say 1/2 on the railing, and when you are inside there is a binder with Bravo on it. Tried contacting the contact person, phone goes to voicemail and you can’t leave a message. I did get a call back and was squared away to make sure we were in the right unit. The proximity to the beach is fabulous for the cheap price point and the covered porch is awesome for sitting out after a day at the beach. The cons: the floors are pretty beat up and super filthy, no mop to self clean should you want to. Wear your shoes inside I guess is the answer. The shower door in the smaller bathroom is a askew and doesn’t close easily, especially once you are inside it’s hard to pull shut. All minor in the long run, but a good mopping would go a long way. Location for dollars though, top notch!

Great location, lacking cleanliness

The location was amazing, 2 blocks from the beach. Our complaint is that the house wasn’t very clean. Our feet were black from walking barefoot, and there were hairs all over the floor. The only tv didn’t work with the wifi and we tried to ask for help but never received a solution. There was no hand soap, and the beds were not queen size. For anybody staying here, bring your own soap, and linens.

Great stay, great location!

The places was clean, nice, and well equipped for what we needed! It was nice having two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfy, and my niece and nephew slept great on the couch conversion bed.

All Great, if ...

Location great. Price great. Cleanliness great. All was great until it was time to catch some zzz's. If you plan on sharing a bed or if you are older than 8 years old, the beds were simply awful. They are super small and extremely uncomfortable, which is a shame because there is plenty of room for an king, let alone a queen. Other than that, all was good, but will not be returning unless the beds are updated.

Our family Vacation 2021

Hello Ladies, Thank you for sharing your space with us, great doing business with you all. The space was great walking distance from the beach. Love how there was some items to use like, shampoo, laundry detergent and even salt and pepper. We did bring cleaning and toiletries just in case, but was please. The only suggestion is to have the space cleaned fully. Mopping of floors to washing the sheets (on the bed) with every new visitor's. It was very obvious it was not done previously to our visit. ( long strains of hair in the beds n sink / dirt on the bottom of our feet ) we don’t wear shoes in homes we pray. The cable was not connecting to the pass words provide. So we were able to share the codes from the big house. Thank you Aesha Hemmings

Updated linens for the 3rd bed and some bug fumigation would make this a fantastic location. Overall good location and super close to the beach.

Good for location with a few improvements needed

Pros: Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect walking distance to the beach and quiet. 2 beach chairs but umbrella was broken, and toys for kids were broken as well but are available Cons: However, the place wasn’t very clean floors were very dirty, rugs have stains and were dirty as well. There wasn’t a mop either so wasn’t able to mop. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, and the beds don’t seem queen size. The shower heads need to be replaced as well. The TV is small and interface is very slow, not that we used it much but when we needed it for the kids it was frustrating. Overall it’s a good location, with few adjustable concerns.

Hurricane Dorian Escape

Rented for 2 nights with friends to enjoy Indian Rock Beach. The owners were easily reachable and attentive. The unit was clean and convenient to the beach with ample parking. The area was very quiet (good) so good for relaxation. There were no useable beach chairs and that required us to go buy beach chairs. Beach umbrella was also a bit flimsy. No big deal but would've been nice to have those amenities. Although the unit was clean, comfortable, we do have some suggestions for upgrading bathroom towels in one of the bathrooms and the bed covers had some stains on it. The beach towels provided were also a bit old and worn. Overall, we had a nice escape from Dorian news.

Awesome Beach Rental

This property was clean and the style was very cute. It was exactly as described in the description. It’s a short walk to the public beach access and has lots of restaurants nearby. Owner was very friendly and responded to inquiries quickly. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
